This hotel is sure a great value for your money. The rooms are spacious and clean. The location in superb, right in the city center with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, shops, sights etc. Sure a great option when visting Curacao. You can park at one of the public parking spaces in the downtown area or at the hotel parking lot.

Our room mentioned a kitchenette but we didn't have a stove. So you can't like cook a light meal or so. But you have a microwave at your disposal for warming up something.

The location, middle in the city with lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance.also the parking lot. You can park your car on the same level of your room for 10$/day.

We didn't like the view we got, looking at a dilapidated ugly building, and I ask when I booked if we coud get a nice room with a nice view! was a little bit disappointed, cause they could have told us that before we reached, that's why you have the option for writing a special request. The room was also smaller than we expected and with no sitting area. We asked for a room change, they told us that what we booked was a king room and all the king rooms are on that side.and now the hotel is also fully booked. If we knew that in advance we would have booked an other room.

The room description on Booking.com said that the King room with a neighbourhood view had a ROBE, COFFEE MAKER and a TERRACE. It did NOT have my of these. The ocean view rooms had a terrace. So the description was incorrect for the neighbourhood room. I asked reception about the terrace and she said it was the footpath. It should be corrected.

Nice location, everything is nearby or by car 10-15min to Mambo beach. They have parking, but also around hotel there is spots where you can park for free.

A bit weird cleaning room times, we usually left in the morning around 8-9am and come back for short rest in late afternoon so sometimes they didn’t make up room till that time (4-5pm), but cleaning ladies where amazing, so friendly so we just asked them if it’s possjble to start cleaning ours earlier.

The location was perfect, everything was in walking distance; a small beach, restaurants, convenience stores, shops etc. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, housekeeping was done daily (fresh towels, coffee, linens). The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I entered and left feeling totally satisfied with what I paid for. Would definitely recommend there for others to stay.

I don't have any dislikes about City Suites.

The location was excellent everything was right there didn'tneed to take a bus or taxi. The staff especially the girl that works night was an angel and super helpful (she deserve a increase in salary). I would book again. And I WILL recommend to others

Housekeeping!! Think they need to go to school again to become a house keeper. We met unfinished drinks in our room. I had to clean the fridge before using it (I have pictures) the shower had mold in the grooves. Draws in the kitchen had bread crumbs I think the manager of the hotel need to have someone double check their cleaning before check in. P.S. There is a difference in what you do for room service and what you do for a check out. Other than that it was good When I do book again if I get the same or similar conditions I will request a room change immediately

Location and the possibility to park you car in the garage on the same level of your unit. (For 10$/day)

Very noisy hotel guest woke us up so early in the morning at 5.30 am, we call the front desk nobody answere the phone, my husband went downstairs to complain about the very noisy issue coming from the room next to us, he spoke with the porter but nothing happens the noise, very loud noise went on, till 4 hour after we put the noise complaint someone came to speak with the guest at 9.30 a.m This was very annoying so early in the morning on Christmas Day. We could understand that the hotel couldn't avoid this, but at least a word of apology for the inconvenience we had to endure for 4 hours on Christmas Day so early in the morning. Till on the day when we check out my husband reffer about the issue again and then the lady at the front desk apologize for the inconvenience we endure.

Exceptionally friendly staff. Large and very clean and comfortable room. Loved that the parking garage allowed us to park on the same level as our room. No elevator needed. GREAT location in the center of everything we needed.

The wi-fi connection in our room wasn't very good sometimes. Street noise below wasn't a problem for us, but might be for others. Obnoxiously loud motorcycles on occasions, and the odd knucklehead yelling for no apparent reason. After 11pm, all was good and mostly quiet.

The central location in walking distance of many shops, restaurants and cafés. The little private beach with a great pier just across the street. The room was quite standard but complete with a kitchenette. The cleaning lady and one lady at the front desk were very helpful.

Some of the personnel were very friendly and helpful, the rest was indifferent. Could use a chair in the room. The tiles in the bathroom are extremely slippery.

The staff was friendly and most helpful'. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed our balcony view. We loved the central location and enjoyed walking down to the Queen Emma Bridge and watching the ships come and go

Unfortunately the phone in our room wasn't working after a recent storm so we were not able to call other family members who were also staying in the hotel. I would like to have had some hand soap and a wash clothe in the bathroom.
