The location was very ideal as it's smack-dab in the city and extremely close to numerous attractions. Just to identify a few of the attractions: 1) The Queen Emma Bridge (floating bridge) is directly across from the hotel's entrance; 2) The Kula Hulanda Museum is a stones throw away (2mins walking distance); 3) Renaissance Mall; 4) Numerous store outlets on the other side of the Queen Emma Bridge. Other nearby places for food/dessert etc are: KFC, Subway, Pizza Hut, Baskin Robbins, a convenience store, a pharmacy and a few nearby restaurants eg. The Captain's Bar and GomezPlein (over the bridge).

The breakfast was the same every day. It would have been nice to have more options to choose from. Nevertheless, the breakfast served was great.

Hotel is in a perfect location. A walk away from cafés, a convenient store, pharmacy, restaurants and taxis. Queen Emma Bridge is also right outside the hotel...where you can walk across to Punda City for shopping. Absolutely breathtaking view! Loved going for strolls into the city. Continental breakfast was also served on time every morning. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is generally quiet, however, guests can be heard very clearly in the hallway, coming in and out of their rooms. Felt disturbed at times. I would strongly advise placing carpets in the hallway and sound proofing the walls.

The location of the hotel is ideal, right opposite the Queen Emma Bridge. The staff was also courteous and helpful. The facilitates were clean. The breakfast was also a great addition. I would recommend this hotel.

The AC in my room leaked. There was also one staff member on the last day of my stay who was a bit discourteous. However, all in all, I had a great stay.

The hotel was really dushi!!! We were not disappointed at all. The location was perfect it was so central and if you don’t have a car you’ll still be fine! The bus station is literally right behind the hotel. We got a car so moving around was pretty easy and everything was in close proximity. Location was definitely 10/10. The room was really big so We were comfortable. The staff is very very sweet and friendly and we got fresh towels every day! Definitely have to come back here next time it’s worth e every money spent. Have to commend the staff again 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 Very dushi people!

The location of this hotel cannot be beat! I opted for a room with a balcony facing the Queen Emma Bridge & harbour and enjoyed beautiful views both during the day and night. It is close to many attractions and restaurants/bars. If you are taking tours it is also convenient as a meeting point. Breakfast was basic but for me it was enough and delicious. I would stay here again.

Communicating with the staff was not always pleasant. For example, when I checked out I asked them to book me a taxi to get to the airport and while I was waiting I reaslied they didn't. I could have missed my flight if I hadn't been proactive.

Breakfast was great the staff were friendly and very helpful. The location is perfect and the harbor view was breath taking. I enjoyed walking to all stores and not having to travel

My only complaint was the mattress was noisy when moving on the bed and the corridor has an echo when other guests were speaking loud. I would still recommend even though

The location was great! I had direct view of the Emma bridge from the balcony. My birthday was within a week and they decorated my room for me. It looked great. The staff members were friendly and helpful. Baily at the front desk was great from check in to check out.

I didn’t like the random scent of sewer sometimes coming from the bathroom, but I realized this with multiple places that I went throughout the island, so maybe it’s a sewage issue. not sure. I know breakfast is basic but basic can include variety also.

Location. Plus right next door, there is a Pizza Hut, KFC, Baskin Robbin’s Ice Cream & just at the end of the block is a pharmacy & then an entire street lined with shops for just about anything u would need. Beautiful area. Safe location. And the shower…. Best shower that I have ever had!

I couldn’t get my room ad cool as I wanted it but I was definitely not suffering.

Breakfast....juices excessively sweet; juice glasses are turned down...when you turn them up for use, they smell like the detergent used to clean them. They should be properly rinsed. *SOME* rooms smell like the fragrance cleaner used to clean them. Rooms should smell fresh...like clean air...no fragrance. Nobody wants to inhale a scent all night while sleeping. Cut the fragrance, use baking soda, save money.

Friendly staff, always ready to help. The breakfast/Pool area clean. Very central to go shopping in Punda. I had a nice view-seeing the flooting-birdge; ships going in and out the harbor. Excelent restaurant in the neighbourhood.
