Well situated in the city center and not far from the beach (also at walking distance from the bus station). The accomodation is comfortable and tastefully arranged.

There is no reception, codes for the doors are sent by e-mail / message which is fine excepted it's done a bit late. Other travellers were also surprised about it. Maybe a first e-mail / message explaining the whole thing could be sent a bit more early.

Nice place on a good location in Larnaca old town. Self check-in was convenient and room was small, traditional but all we needed. We received a free water botte upon arrival in the room, which was nice.

We had super quiet neighbors and did not experience noise discomfort, but it depends on the people staying. This because our room was separated by a wall with an extra door between the two rooms.

The location is very good, in the city center and close to the old sightseeing as well as to the beach and promenade street

It would be great to have adapters to charge in the room

Room and the common area was really nice, spacious. The patio was a highlight, full of plants and with a nice cafe for guests. Everything was clean, there were small toiletries in the bathroom.

Unfortunately, our room was really loud at night – it was hard to sleep even with windows completely shut. The bed was squeaking with every move and there was no place to put our clothes, no wardrobe or anything besides small nightstands. We're satisfied nonetheless, it was a good experience.

The staff were very friendly and communicated speedily when contacted. I had to book an extra two nights, so asked if I could stay in the same room. They were able to let me do this. The ensuite shower room was a nice size, and there was also a fridge in the room and a kettle. Although I did have to buy a UK adaptor plug as there wasn't one in the room. I really liked the courtyard/relaxing area where they had a "coffee room" and an honest box. The location was also very good and quiet. I would recommend the hotel for cost, friendlinessess and location.

The best perk to Edem house is the location! Central to the City Centre, easy walking to many shops, restaurants, beach, and historical sites. The house and room were very clean, many small amenities such as a coffee maker and honesty box. Bed was comfy and had sheets appropriate for the season.

Two small things about the room: very noisy exhaust vent in the bathroom, and a bright green blinking light on the smoke alarm over the bed. There was a tiny bit of street noise at night (mostly motorbikes), but the only real downside to staying here is the parking situation. Travellers with cars will find virtually no free parking spots, and I was warned by staff that parking on the side streets runs the risk of fines from the police.

The room as well as the bathroom we're very clean and tidy. The hotel is in a great location, 10 min walk to the beach and close to the old town with St lazarus Church. A lot of cafes, restaurants and shops around. Staff was very friendly.

The check in was meant to be after 2pm but the codes to open the main door and our room were sent to us after 2:30pm and we couldn't get in as we arrived at 2:15pm luckily the cleaning lady opened the door and gave us all the info.

We stayed at the Edem Traditional House just for one night and it was perfect. The location is central, clean, well decorated and the bed was confortabile. The interaction, although just by phone, was smooth and the staff very nice, also providing recommendations on restaurants. We couldn’t try the breakfast because we leave very early but I will definitely recommend this place

If I have to find some details, it was possible to hear the bathroom fan from the room next door but it didn’t last for long

The room was equipped with a kettle and a fridge. I liked the location of the hotel, it was very close to everything and easy to get around. The hotel is only about10-15 walk from the main bus stop if you wish to go out either on the local bus or the Intercity. The staff were very pleasant. I booked an extra two nights and asked if I could stay in the same room, and was able to do this. Also, I had to advise one morning of a cockroach. Having done so, the cleaning girls found it and it was removed by the time I got back from my day morning out. There was also a tea-room in the courtyard where you could get drinks from a machine and an honest box to pay towards the cost. You could also sit and relax in the courtyard either in the tea-room area or outside. The hotel was very responsive to any messages I sent them. I would definitely recommend them.

I had to purchase an adaptor plug to use the kettle, which had a two pin European plug.

Very nice and quiet place, looking like an old elegant and rich traditional Cypriot house, very clean inside, in the bathroom you can find everything, a nice and quiet indoor terrace with coffee espresso machine, water and snacks that you can grab. The owner helped me with the printing of my boarding pass, she was very kind. Also the location is very close to the main beach and restaurant area. The location is very romantic and elegant ! I recommend it !
