The staff was incredibly helpful and kind to us. The location of the hotel was perfect if you travelled by car, because the P1 parking is very close and you can pay for it in the hotel, making it very simple and relatively cheap to park in the city centre which would be difficult otherwise. The rooms were clean and most of them were spacious, only one was very small but the balcony it had to the river and the castle made up for that. The breakfast was perfect, everyone could find something they like and the food was delicious.

It would be great if the soundproofing was a bit better, because we could hear the people above us moving furniture and having loud conversations during the night. Not too loud of course, but it could be better

This hotel is on the old city side of the river so a great location. Parking is available in lot P1 behind the castle and it's a short (scenic) 5 min walk to the place. To drop off bags on first night, we drove through the old city to the hotel, and then re parked the car. Room was smaller than I expected and a bit tight but very manageable. We had the room with the balcony over the river which was very nice, although too cold to sit outside. Breakfast was very good.

There was what appeared to be mold spots on the ceiling of the bathroom which we pointed out to the staff - a bummer in a place like this. Room could be a bit bigger but this is in the old town, so should be expected.

The location could not have been better: right in the center of CESKY KRUMLOV, a quiet corner of the old town just a few minutes walk away from the P1 parking lot. The hotel building can even be seen from CK castle! The room was brand new with all of the modern facilities. Direct access to outdoor terrace and breakfast area right from the room, and the views of CK castle from there were spectacular. Despite being on the ground floor, it was very quiet at night. Easy self check-in based on detailed instructions provided by staff. Breakfast selection was plentiful and there are both indoor and outdoor seating areas.

Extra bed was a little hard and a 2nd pillow would have been helpful.

Room was clean. nice bed and shower. TV had two English language stations. (BBC and Al Jazeera). Wonderful location in center of Cesky Krumlov. next to the river. good breakfast

it was pretty warm and there was no air conditioning or fan (there was a fan in the booking.com trumer straube hotel two days ago). fortunately we were able to open the window to get cooler air no parking with a car is a hassle. we were told we could NOT drive to hotel in the historic section. carried our bags about a half mile

Beautiful settings of the hotel and outdoor breakfast area right on the river bank, nice new modern clean rooms, A/C, very polite staff, very easy access from parking lot. Wonderful breakfast. Make sure to eat at Papa’s restaurant (excellent food) and avoid Karcma v Satlavske (terrible customer service and below average food)

Nothing to dislike.

Location is great in a medieval town next to the river with a view towards the castle. The room is big and very quiet although being next to a noisy river.

I booked the room on short notice and there was no time to get the instructions to do the self-service check in (room keys in locker outside the property). The staff was very helpful und gave instructions in a short time.

Lovely view across the weir up to the castle from our little balcony. The suite of 2 rooms sharing a bathroom worked well for our family. Bed was comfortable and mini bar well stocked and not too expensive. Very good buffet breakfast which you could choose to have either inside or outside right on the riverbank.

We arrived by train and there was no sign of bus or taxi so we walked. It was a bit too far to walk and pulling cases along cobbled streets was not much fun. Would have been good if hotel had told us they could arrange a taxi. They did this for our return to the station which made life a lot easier!

Location is good. It is in the town. Room is ok. Breakfast is good. Restaurant staffs are very nice.

If you trevel with your own car, you will find it difficult to park car because you need to come to the hotel to take the pass to get into the city. My wife didn't like the front staff. She doesn't have a service mind and a bit rude to her.

Location is amazing, less than a minute walk to everything! Lift access to the rooms and really clean modern bathrooms. The rooms were really spacious and we had plenty of room to spread out. Really enjoyed our stay here. We got a visitor parking pass very easily from reception and were able to unload our bags and then park in the parking lot outside the walls. The walk back to the hotel is amazingly beautiful and picturesque. A very short distance walk of 2 minutes and easily done for my 70 year old mum and 8 year old daughter.

There's not much to dislike here, everything was lovely.

The team at Garni Hotel Castle Bridge are lovely, very helpful, and will make sure that guests feel comfortable and welcome. The rooms are clean and modern, as the rest of the hotel. Our dog was made to feel very welcome as well, and was happy to stay overnight. The breakfast offers great variety, and is very good, with some homemade dishes such as crepes or freshly scrambled eggs, and fresh fruits, etc. The hotel is central and only a short walk away from a big parking lot. Would absolutely recommend staying there, possibly with a river view.

Windows facing street side don’t fully stop sounds from passers by for a light sleeper at night, but nothing of big concern.
