The Hotel itself is at a very good location, It is a Historic / Ethnic design. The staff was good and supportive, rooms were clean and nice. The breakfast had a variety specially for my family who is vegetarian had some options as well.

If reception tell about some of the services in Hotel and places in hotel where we can spend some time that would have been good. As we missed to visit / enjoy river view from the restaurant in Hotel.

-The staff: speak very good english (even to each other when customers are around) and they are all very friendly, every request was fulfilled without hesitation. The room: We asked nicely if we could have a room with nice view. They gave us one on the river side, which was great. The bathroom was spacious, had a bathtub and was very clean. The room was also big, it was on the 3rd floor (we had room 308), next time we will request 2nd or 1st floor. Because of the roof the window was small, but all in all it has been a very nice experience. Minibar had 2 beers, 2 cans of Pepsi, water and chips. If you want your room to be cleaned, all you have to do is hang out the "please clean room" sign for the cleaning staff to know. -In the center (2 minutes walk downtown) -Parking: Yes it does cost more per night but they specify it in their description, we knew what we were going to pay and it wasn't a problem. Staff will come to show you the way to the parking lot and they will drive you back to the hotel. Same when you leave: staff drives you to the car, it wasn't a problem at all. Everything went smoothly, I don't understand why some people complained about this being an issue. Breakfast: Also very good, there is plenty to choose from. Staff cleans the tables every few minutes.

Next time we will try to get a room on the 2nd or 1st floor, the windows are bigger there. Everything else was perfect.

The staff at the wellness center was almost rude, critical of children making noise in the pool, refusing to understand Any other language than Czech. WELLNESS was one of the reasons to choose hotel, so that was dissapointing.

Beautiful buildung, nice reception staff.

The staff (especially the reception) was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was extremely good with various options of food. The drinks at the bar were delicious, especially Mojito! Nice view from the terrace and awesome location. Looking forward to have another stay there.

The double bed was two single beds beside each other which wasn’t very pleasant since one bed was also higher than the other.

Perfect location right in the center and only 5 min from the international bus stop.

Uncomfortable beds with very thin mattresses. The pool is very small and the pool attendant was unfriendly. Rest of the staff are nice though.

Let's start with the position. It was right in the city center, very close to all interesting places. The hotel staff can speak multiple languages, they vere friendly and courteous. The rooms were beautiful, you have feeling like you are in the castle. The breakfast was in a big dining room which reminded me of Hogwarts. Wide variety of food.

Stuff was extremely friendly and helpful. Cleanliness top and beautiful view from the terrase. Swimming pool very cosy and quiet. The best location ever.

We had two single beds put together. That was extremely uncomfortable eventhough there was that connection part in between them. Each bed was also differently high...

Strange thing and probably a one-off. A bird's nest outside must have been attacked in the middle of the night. Rather horrible sounds for about 30 minutes woke everyone up.

Centrally located. Historic building. Ask to see the Jesuit Hall. Great staff. Breakfast was good but not exceptional. Parking is 790Kc per night and is located 200m away.

Wish they had full service bar and cafe for espresso drinks.
