The ladies at reception were wonderful. Parking is behind the building and you actually have a sign on your spot. Dont forget to book it as there are limited spots. The room was big, clean and very comfortable. The bathroom (room 1) looked very new and is quite large. Bed is big and very comfortable, great nights sleep. It is very close to the old market square and from there you can explore or eat in that area. It was quite a hot day 34c and the room had no A/C, but there was a fan in the room and it was all that was needed. Breakfast is a really big spread and all so good!

Parking is not easy to locate when you arrive. It is actually around the back of the building on the side that has the bar/ restauarant on the corner. I just pulled up and went in side and asked and it took less than a minute to be shown. There are about 10 steps to reception, so keep that in mind if you have a heavy bag. We were on that level but there could be another above?

Location was excellent. Close to the city train station and everything was pretty much a few steps away. The included breakfast exceeded our expectations, with bread and sausages of much variety which gave us a taste of life of the locals. Staff were friendly and happy to help.

Our room was on the top floor and there was no lift so we had to move all our luggage up by ourselves. The rooms were rather small and a bit stuffy since we were asked not to open the ceiling windows as there may be rain (thank goodness for the air conditioning). Otherwise we had a great experience!

Helpful staff, great price and value for money, super location, good buffet breakfast, huge family room with table/chairs and 2 comfortable beds, many electrical outlets, laundry service, air conditioning, fantastic shower! The staff even provided an extra standing fan for us and helped us bring things upstairs, gave super restaurant suggestions, etc.

There are only stairs up to the 3rd floor: the building has no elevator. Air conditioning was a little sluggish at first, but it worked. Laundry service soap had a lot of perfume and clothes were still humid when we got them back (and we got a random sock instead of one of our own but this happens at home too with the dryer gnomes). Clothes were really clean, well folded, and the service was super fast (we were leaving town that afternoon, and they did 2 big loads for us that morning, which kind of explained the humidity).

Very pleasant personnel, helped us to take breakfast to the room when we were not feeling well. The room was really large. Kettle, tea and coffee available. Fridge/minibar on the room. Breakfast was excellent.

There was no soap for the bathroom sink and shower corner. Had to use shower gel from the bath tub. Unfortunately it was quite noisy at the moment of our stay (which probably was caused by other guests not respecting the night time).

The hotel was very attractive and beautifully furnished. The service we received, without exception, was excellent, and the breakfast was very good. We only stayed for one night, but we should have very much liked to have stayed longer

The hotel does not have a lift, which could be a problem for some people, although it caused us no inconvenience.

I wish every hotel could have a ramp or barrier-free entrance – for both disabled travelers and for luggage. But I also understand that can be difficult in historical towns! My room view was to a parking lot (occasional noise and petrol smell), but was still good value for price.

A pleasant hotel at the entrance of the old town in the style of the 50s. A varied breakfast buffet with a rich selection is available. Although the breakfast is self-service, there are no trays available, only plates. (They clear away your empty plates a little too quickly, so you don't have the opportunity to choose again or take something else...)

Central location. Quiet street and no noise from other guests. Excellent friendly treatment from all staff: reception, housekeeping and restaurant. Spacious rooms with traditional, high-quality furniture and linen. Modern effective aircon. Impeccable bathroom with high-pressure shower. Very abundant breakfast with clean dining room. Hand-painted pictures of the town.

Nothing not to like. Only a suggestion to make the stay perfect is to supply a micro-kettle with tea/coffee in the room, and maybe an ice-machine in the summer.

The disposition of plugs is a bit inconvenient, there was no spare plug in the bedroom for me to charge my phone and dry my hair, I had to unplug the kettle, or fridge.

Great location , very helpful receptionist R . The hotel is clean and good value for money . My room was like a whole suite single bed , brand new bathroom at the .Top of the building, I was asked if it was ok with no lift , but not a problem . The town is beautiful and there are not too many crowds in the early morning or evening. .

Not a negative , and Out of the hotel's control , during my visit we had two early morning power cuts , but hot water got and breakfast were still fresh .
