the location is beautiful, right in the park, close to the train station as well. very nice restaurants around. the furniture is new and modern, comfy bed, air conditioning is helping during the summer, they also have a massage service (40 eur for 50').

The room was not as clean as I expected. there was a lot of dust, clearly the cleaning staff did not clean it before us arriving. see picture as example. the bedding was clean. when the cleaning lady came she didn't change the towels, didn't clean the dust (again!), just made our beds. :) also the room is quite small, if you stay for longer than two nights , you will feel it's crowded. the staff was nice, but could do better in trying to help. :) they forgot a couple of things we asked for. the doors were heavy when closing them and they were noisy from other guests. also at 8 AM the cleaning ladies were talking very loud and slamming the doors and making noises without thinking about the guests who were sleeping at 8 AM.

It was a perfect hotel for our girls trip (40+ y/o) The hotel is stunning, beautifully decorated and cosy. We loved the sauna and chill area very much. The receptionist lady was super helpful, friendly and accommodating. We would love to come again.

We had a private sauna session but it is joined by corridor to the jacuzzi area which was used by someone else at the same time. The staff came in to clean up the jacuzzi area while we were still in our sauna session. It was a little disturbing and unpleasant.

Very nice, modern and clean rooms, I liked modern equipment of the interior, but great was, that the architect kept also some details from 1930th (unbeliaveble second entrance door, old stairs, old stair banister). It was offered to us perfect kitchen (breakfast and dinners), very nice and kind personal, well located building............ there is nothing what I would not reccomend.

I was missing larger offer of real "spa" procedures ............for example some kind of some specific "spa" bath in mineral waters or something simmilar (but this is possible to order in other facilities in the city)............

Exceptional attitude of receptionist. Very nice clean rooms. Percent breakfast.

Missing option to charge eBike which is something I would expect as standard in any hotel expecially in spa city.

Nice and trendy furniture, beds were very confy. Excellent food.

We had to pay for the parking in front of the hotel but later we realised the public parking -literally the next spot- it’s free during the weekend. So check it first.

Everything - rooms, breakfast, staff were above expectations. It was wonderful weekend.
