After a surprisingly good stay, I came back. I found a parking space in the neighboring residential area without any problems. A walk through the old city gate and you were there. Check-in took place as usual in the associated restaurant and was very quick. The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was on the top floor, spacious and spared from street noise. The food in the restaurant tasted very good and is definitely worth recommending.

Compared to my first stay, I unfortunately noticed things that were there back then but are no longer there. Maybe I noticed things about the cleanliness but that doesn't necessarily mean anything. Maybe the chambermaid was stressed or not having such a good day. The breakfast, however, was actually much more limited in its offering. It wasn't bad but just "good", not "very good" like before. At one point there were even bicycles in the breakfast room, so that it had the feel of an anniversary of the bicycle workshop.

The hotel was easy to find. In the neighboring residential area was also a parking space. Check-in took place in the associated restaurant and was quite quick. The double room at the attic was spacious and nicely furnished. There was something romantic about it. It was quiet so far, had a good temperature and had a nice bathroom. I was amazed by the tea from Twining in the room as well as the very good tea for breakfast. In general, the breakfast was very tasty, varied and extensive. All in all I really liked it and I will come back.

The room seemed a bit dark to me and the lighting wasn't quite optimal (working). Noisy German guests late in the evening shouting something to each other over the stairwell were certainly a real pleasure for all the other hotel guests.

We had a lovely, well appointed, large, very comfortable room. The beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and was delicious. The proprietor is friendly and accommodating. We paid extra to park our rental car a short distance from the hotel.

I can't think of a single thing. I wish we had time to try the lunch at the attached restaurant because it looked very good.

The Hotel is in a very good location, the staff/owners are very nice and helpful, the breakfast is excellent, they even make you an omelette if you wish.

I got the top most room and it was very hot throughout the night, to remediate there is a fan in the room. This might be a problem with the specific room.

the location was very nice, right in the center of the city and also private parking for a small fee. the breakfast was nice as well, we were made eggs and coffee/tea.

the inside of the rooms could use some work as some things are falling apart.

Beautiful hotel, in gorgeous surroundings. Very warm and cosy. Lovely to stay in a building with history.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent with a great choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The accommodation was bright, clean and inviting, plenty of space, good seating area, plenty of storage. The hotel is well situated in the centre of town, very picturesque.

Excellent location in old city center, very friendly and helpful staff, clean and good value. Breakfast prepared to order and high quality. Excellent rooms on 1st floor, top floor rooms partially only ceiling windows.

Room 9 on top floor only has ceiling window.

It was our second stay here and we would definetely come back. They have a great restaurant too ;)

The smell from the kitchen on a floors and breakfast room, this should be taken in consideration and do renovation of the air hood in the kitchen.

Excellent location in Louny., very friendly staff, the best food in town. Excellent breakfast.
