Once again, we had a superb stay. This was our second stay. The location is awesome, we were just a few steps from all important spots. Friendly and always helpful staff were very much appreciated. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The bedding smells like it has just been washed. Loooved the clean beds! The restaurant Gate that is a part of the complex was absolute top! The food was exquisite (please, give your chef our compliments) and the staff were professional and friendly. We LOVED our stay! :-) Keep up the great job!

Very clean and fresh smelling room on arrival... receptionist very polite and helpful... parked round back in secure garage in shade... room was immaculate with good WiFi... breakfast had a good wide selection of items... room had Air-conditioning which was a god send in 30+ heat...

Restaurant attached to hotel (good gate) staff poor, not very attentive to ordering... sat for 10 mins before came with a menu... for evening meal... food was good when it arrived.....breakfast staff miserable faces looked like they didn't want to be there... untidy tables left for a long time... cook using hands to transfer food from kitchen to breakfast buffet even though utensils were there.. and then wiped hands on trousers....

The room was spacious and very clean. The location was very central and safe. Good choice for breakfast.

Staff can be more friendly, especially at the restaurant and at reception. They also need to understand food intolerances (eg you tell them about dairy intolerances and they bring you spinach covered in cream and then take it away without replacing with another veg). No non-dairy milk available for breakfast. Breakfast tables were not immediately cleaned up after use.

In my room, there was an air conditioner and a small magical fridge, that regenerates snacks and drinks every day 🤗 staff is lovely and available all the time. I had several options and im glad i chose Kapitol, because the location was a huge advantage. Its very clean and cosy also. Will stay again

Parking was super, staff was friendly, Breakfast was ok. Bathroom excellent.

The bed was way too soft for our taste. It was difficult to find the place where you could have breakfast. Breakfast was okay. You can hear, in the room half of the night, other people play bowling.

doors are without doorsills, so it can be heard what you do in the room

The breakfast room was next to children playground and bowling arena The hotel should have separate room for guests to enjoy their breakfast. The towel rail in our bathroom fell off as it wasn't properly fixed .It was just glued in. The elevator also was out of service.

It is warm and clean, the Employees is friendly, they also speak English, the service is at a professional level, it is definitely worth the money paid, the morning shift in the restaurant made my stay better, i recommended with big R

Had a small but excellent buffet separated from the rest of the restaurant at the hotel. The room could have used a larger dest but was very comfortable.

We liked pretty much all of the hotel and accomodation. Bathroom was excellent!

But beds were separated, two single beds moved closer are not king sized beds.
