The hotel is beautiful. Really nice loung with a bar, two restaurants, spa and pool and large well equipped rooms. The breakfast was really amazing. Each morning it changes slightly, but every time we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety. The hotel is on a hill overlooking the main street, and everything in town is a short walk away.

I booked this hotel for my family, who were visiting, so this is based on what they told me. The hotel was comfortable, very central in Marianske Lazne, but quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was excellent, and with a wide choice of food. The price was reasonable, quite high for the Czech Republic, but relatively low for visitors from western Europe. There is a good swimming pool and various procedures are available as well. My family didn't use these, but another friend who stayed there did and was very complimentary.

Everything was excellent. They even prepare a personal welcoming note to your room writing your name and surname. What a nice gesture. The facilities, wellness area, sauna, breakfast, dinner, cocktails, and bar at the reception.... are all exceptional. The bed was comfortable and enormous. The bathroom was so clean. Wifi works perfectly. I just had a city escape and was highly satisfied. The pool area was sterilised and the sauna was as well. I am just sad that I could not book a massage because it was already fully booked. The price for dinner and cocktails at the bar are not pricy at all compared to Prague prices.

Reception guys are very friendly but need to work more efficiently. I had to wait half an hour for just check out :) That's it: :)

Cleanliness

Little value for money. I wanted to stay at this hotel to benefit from its spa facilities. However, they didn't tell me that I should make reservations for massage or other procedures way in advance. The swimming pool is small (10 people and it's already crowded), the sauna also (you had to stay in line). The welcome drink was a glass of the cheapest Prosecco from Lidl, the breakfast was of low quality. The parking costs additional 12EUR. I was expecting more from a 4 star hotel.

Lovely hotel, staff is super friendly. They have a lovely pool and spa facilities. It's a great location, easy to access everything.

The air con didn't work, the TV reception was sketchy and the road is super noisy. They are allowing large cars to stay with engine running outside the hotel so mum couldn't sleep since 5.30am every morning.

The rooms were quite big and the breakfast was really good. The Sauna was really hot and sufficiantly spacious. The beds were great and we slept really well.

The pool is not really siutable for swimming due to its size and the dinner in the hotel is quite pricy for what you get in return. Additionally there are quite some possibilities for breakfast and dinner in close proximity.

The hotel teams are very friendly and helpful, clean ,warm. Especially in the reception the young man Jan was very helpful and friendly, he recommended good restaurants and all are perfect.

The swimming pool is too small and water is not warm for wellness, for swimming is ok, but there are too many people that you can not swimming, that’s why is cold.

Everything was perfect: staff was very friendly and polite, facilities were clean and were kept clean and the location of the hotel was absolutely fantastic. Right in the middle of Marianske Lazne with easy access to everything. I've already recommended it to my friends.

If anything, the room was a bit cold overall.

The Hotel Director Mr. Smrz is hyper-focused on customer satisfaction a customer-focus! Smrz runs a top-rate facility. The breakfast was excellent and delicious with 1/3 new variety each day. Great service! Hot Coffee waiting on your table. The Spa facilities are 100% great! Great pool! Great location. Fast service. The hotel is two blocks from the main Spa Street, takes 3 min to be where you want to be. Quiet and peaceful location with an 8 min walk to the main park, and the Lazne/Spring Kolonad. A very accommodating and flexible staff. We will definitely return.

We had great weather. If it was hot. It would be nice if rooms had Air Conditioning. But the area was so peaceful and quiet that you could leave the windows open and not be disturbed while sleeping. So no AC, it did not have an impact. So no real complaints honestly.

Perfect location, very nice and modern hotel with lovely spa facilities and great breakfast menu.

We found the beds a little too hard and the floor at swimming pool is very slippery, showers and changing room at the pool were also inadequate, can be improved.
