Amazing stay indeed. Breakfast was some of the best I've ever had. Proseco served. Truly unique. Staff friendly and courteous. The room was spacious and the location was just excellent. Food in the restaurant was amazing too and I honestly think people really try hard to please you and help. It's definitely a place I'd like to visit again. Parking is available and the rooms are wonderfully spacious. It's near everything you may need. Saturday markets in front of the hotel.

They mention jacuzzi in the description of facilities but they don't have it. Instead they give you a voucher for the public swimming pool. Not exactly what I had in mind for my elderly mother who can barely walk and would appreciate a daily jacuzzi bath for her legs. Shower is some of the worst I have ever seen anywhere in the world. It's about half a meter high. Which means my mum who can barely walk and has mobility issues couldn't use it. Definitely not for people with mobility issues. While I appreciate the size of the room, the TV was very small and unsuitable. Cleaning was weird. They would do our beds ( despite our not wanting that) but not wipe the bathroom floor. We stayed for 11 nights so these points are important. Despite all this we would stay again.

Breakfast was very rich, staff helpful. One could order a proper coffee. There was every day something slightly different so one didn't get bored of the same things. Rooms were spacious, clean, light. It isn't the most modern hotel but still at very good shape.

The only thing I would change if I could would be a shower. Very high step into the shower cubicle. We noticed that the town is full of older tourists and they would appreciate for sure much easier shower to get into.

In general there is nothing negative, it was a pleasant stay. Some suggestions related to sauna: the light in sauna is too strong and aggressive, would be great to be replaced by a warm one. There is no rag in the showers, so either you must put your towel on the floor, or going naked and wet over the relax zone. The chairs are nice, but after sauna is important to keep legs up, so would be better to replace them. Consequently, these small things make a lot, I would not pay for such a sauna separately, but since it is included, naturally we used it

Everyone was very friendly, the breakfast buffet was very good, the bed was very comfortable and the room spacious, clean and nice. Everything was very close by, within walking distance, because the hotel is in the middle of town. The spa downstairs was also great! The parking lot behind the hotel was very convenient, and we could store our bikes in a safe space overnight for free.

Very good, nice and professional staff. The hotel is centrally located and ideal for visiting the surrounding area. Clean room! Very good breakfast and dinner for the price. Free entrance to the city's swimming pool.

Mattress a bit hard, but we are sensitive.

Excellent breakfast and reasonably priced buffet in the evening until 8pm. Large and comfortable bed in a very large first floor room with balcony. Good shower in a clean bathroom. Excellent location in the town for sightseeing.

Excellent breakfast included and you could take food for afternoon tea, very generous . Rooms were spacious , beautify restored old building. Free passes to visit local pool/sauna/spa. Located right in the middle of town.

Amazing classic style building with enormous big and high rooms, very comfortable and with very big bed. We had a terrace with view to the singing fountain and could see the night lights and music show. Breakfast was great, very delicious with many choices and also a lot of healthy options. The hotel is at the beginning of the park with springs and also at the central shopping street.

Great location by the park, friendly staff, large private parking on hotel backyard. The breakfast was quite good. And the spa with mineral baths and massage was quite enjoyable.

The double bed was ok but there was just one size of pillow (thick).
