Entered the dining room for the nice included breakfast right in the middle of the available time, but there wasn't any hot food left. I had to wait for a staff member to arrive and ask specifically. I'm all in favour of not wasting food, and appreciate getting freshly prepared food, but would have felt more welcoming if I didn't see empty serving trays, have to wait, and have to feel like I was inconveniencing someone to specifically cook 'extra' for us. Otherwise good food, nice area, and friendly staff, just a point that would have made a good stay better.

The restaurant staff were very helpful, especially the manager. Luckily, there was a special party happening and they were in the restaurant after hours. Although my biggest issue was with parking, and that was because of the restaurant party, so maybe not. It was easy to find the hotel (with google maps) and the hotel sent a detailed map for parking. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast (not included) was delicious.

I didn’t realize the key fob opened the exterior door into the hotel, the waitstaff helped me with that. My biggest issue was that the bathroom was cramped- I had to open the shower doors to use the toilet so I didn’t hit my head in them when sitting (I recently hit my head on a number of very short door frames at an open air museum and didn’t want to do that again). Also, there was not a shelf or crevice or anything the put my shower items in, so I had to put them on the toilet- luckily it was very close! My traveling companions had a larger room (triple) and said their bathroom was much bigger, but still no shelf in the shower.

Wow! What a wonderful surprise! This 123 year old hotel is just exquisite. From the dedicant cafe with its exquisite cakes to the spectacular interior. The amazing service where all the staff pay attention to your every need. I wish I had of known there was a festival 2 days later I would have booked longer! The bedding was like sleeping on a cloud! Excellent communicators. I wish to highly recommend a Praha Hotel! 10/10!

The restaurant was closed all month which would have been nice to know in advance. Upon arrival there was reconstruction which in the room our guest stayed was sadly very loud. But only on first day

Amazing hotel interiour, high ceiling and large halls felt like we are in some castle or mansion. Room was spacious and comfortable. Clean and well equipped bathroom. Breakfast was very good as well.

At hotel was only 7 parking spaces and all was occupied, but around the corner is large paid parking lot. You can scan QR code from Parking Automat and buy ticket online easy.

Very sweet Hotel with amazing Decoration. You feel Like you are in a Castle. The rooms are Basic with big and nice bathroom. Breakfast was tasty and Had a Lot Variation and quality. The Location ist also cute within the city

The Personal didnt speak any english. But they we're friendly and WE communicated with Hand signs and pointing to objects;)

Suitable for one night stay. Very clean, good breakfast. Interesting, very old building.

It was very hot and smelly in the room (old building stuffy smell), but after we opened windows everything was ok and we slept well. Very few parking lots. The coffee was terrible.

Nice place for an overnight stay on the way back to Poland.

A post-Soviet hotel in a good location, but after You can eat only in the Italian (?!) Restaurant in the town. Everything else closes, and they only serve breakfast in the hotel.

the building was wonderful and breakfast were good and that means a lot when travelling with kids ;)

the noise was not fault of the hotel but there was a big group of hockey players - kids who were quite noisy and the door and walls were not able too hold that :)

Nice hotel to stay with family, very close to the city center, quiet and nice localization very close to the mansion, nice breakfast. Beautyful pintings on the walls.
