great location, only 2 min to the tram or bus stop. beautiful, comfortable rooms and very cozy outside area. loved the experience, definitely would visit again

My room was very spacious and comfortable with various subdued lighting options and a generous bathroom. The soundproofing provided by the double glazing and the blackout curtains meant I had a great night's sleep throughout my stay. The whole hotel looks very new and stylish and is extremely efficiently run. Front of house staff were very friendly and welcoming and I had great interactions with them whenever I needed to speak to them. The range of options for breakfast was fine, if a little repetitive. The set up for breakfast was very casual and I enjoyed being able to find a seat that best suited me, particularly as I was travelling alone. I will be back to visit Prague and would definitely consider this hotel. Whilst being outside of the traditional tourist zone of the Old Town, the city remains accessible and the surrounding neighborhood of Zizkiv is full of hidden gems, from homely taverns to cool coffee shops and cocktail bars. Definitely worth exploring this area more and nice to be away from the tourist crowds.

I slightly missed the presence of an atmospheric bar and the option to have a snack or small meal at the hotel outside of breakfast, but compared to the overall benefits and ambience of the hotel this is a small matter.

The decoration of the hotel is very elegant, including the room. Breakfast buffet is quite varied in choices. The toilet in the room is equipped with toiletries by a well known french brand.

The room lights even the aircon turns off automatically even when you are inside the room using all those repeatedly. So you have to turn it back on. The culture in that country lacks smiling in general. The shower drainage was not good because the water comes out outside the slide protectors. Our room was not cleaned for 4 days of stay there even the trash was not even taken out.

Absolutely flawless. The room was modern, well-equipped and came with the most comfortable bed either of us had ever slept in. The breakfast was so good that it beggared belief that it was free, the service was impeccable, staff were very approachable and friendly and the location was very convenient, being within walking distance of Praha hl.n. and very near to bus, tram and metro services within Prague. At the roughly £83 a night we paid for our stay, with almost no extras to pay for, we would give 11/10 if we could. Will most certainly stay here again.

great location, can easily get to the main tourist sites in the centre within walking distance, a lot around the hotel. hotel however did not fill a birthday request that was asked and we were not aware that you have to book the parking on site separately… and parking around the hotel is super expensive. Breakfast was good but not amazing, small selection but the food was good. we had to queue outside the eating area for breakfast on one morning because it was so busy.. room however was amazing and could not fault it, minibar wasn’t expensive either and was very modern. I would stay here again knowing the parking situation but again I am disappointed the staff did not fill a small birthday request. communication was not great through the app. However the staff were nice when we were there.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The rooms are clean, modern, and nicely decorated. Even the hand soap smells wonderful. 🥰 The breakfast was great as well, lots of options to choose from. And a special thank you to the reception staff - they speak English fluently and were always super friendly and ready to help. Special thanks to the receptionist originally from Ukraine (I never asked her name 🙈) but she went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable! 😊 I'll definitely come back to this hotel if I visit Prague again! ❤️

There is a luxurious feel throughout the hotel, from reception, the rooms and the outdoor space. The ambience they wanted to create was maintain throughout. The rooms were cleaned everyday and the breakfast was very good and between reasonable times (7.30-10.30). It was also replenished throughout those times, including towards the closing.

The shower door wouldn’t close properly, therefore the water would run out of the shower. This was the only thing ‘wrong’ with my stay. Overall, I had an amazing stay.

-Very clean, stylish & comfortable room/hotel -Friendly & helpful staff -Location (Considering city centre): bus stop is 2 mins away by foot and it is a rather straight and quick ride to the city centre -Small but efficient breakfast -Elevator

-Wifi was down for a full day; but afterwards stable for the rest of our trip -Location (Considering airport) is not the best for public transport; you either have to change 2/3 times or walk with your luggage for a distance; therefore, taxi is really your best option, but ofc more expensive

The place is new so I had no issue. Room was clean and spacious for solo traveller. It's a walking distance from the train station, if you're fit. (20-30mins) If not, you can always use uber or bolt. Very convenient! Or the public transportation

Everything is ok if you take uber or the public transportation to any destination. As a solo female traveller, I would prefer somewhere closer to the city centre instead. Breakfast is the same for the 2 days I was there

Beautiful place, very modern and is a very safe area. There is some uphill climb to do to get there if your coming from the Train station however it's close to the city - 20min walk and close to the tram.

It was a little out of old town. But other than that the Breakfast was great and service was amazing!
