The place is really nice! And location is AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE!!! Everything is very close. Simple and clean .

Time of the check-out is too early. Everywhere I was staining check out time at least 11 or 12. 10:00am is TO EARLY 😞

The location of Gregory House is ideal being very near the main train station as well as a Lidl Supermarket and 4 tram lines. There was a sweet local pub just up the street. The rooms were well decorated and done with creativity and humor.

It can be awkward to check in if you don’t have mobile service as guests are required to call the guesthouse 15 minutes before anticipated arrival for entry into the guesthouse.

I really liked this hotel. The view from my room was beautiful and extraordinary (I booked the "Top City View" room category) and the neighborhood, Zizkov, is amazing - beautiful and quiet streets, not touristic and therefore authentic, a variety of cafes, restaurants and bars in this neighborhood, and even some attractions (the TV tower of Prague and an old cemetery) and a local farmer's market. The city center is reachable with a single tram ride of about 7 minutes and the closest tram station is just a 5 minutes walk away from the hotel, if you want to walk to the city center it's supposed to take about 20 minutes. For me it was very convenient and I have to say that the price was much cheaper than all the hotels in the city center. It's important to say that there is no breakfast in the hotel or any other facilities like a bar, spa, pool... It may not be ideal for a family with kids or for old people who like to be right in the city center. The rooms are simple but stylish and renovated. The staff were helpful and answered all my questions and inquiries, also they were attentive to my requests. I think this hotel is a gem (mainly for young people) and I will want to stay there again the next time I come to Prague.

It was clean, secure, cheap for a few nights stay and the room was big and organized. It wasn’t some run down hole in the middle of nowhere. The bed was big enough, the apartment was big, it had a bathroom and a toilet separate. It was 20 mins away by foot from the old town center and it had a Lidl and a tramway stop nearby. Overall totally worth it for a few nights as it was very cheap for the region and close to the center

It was in fact a bit noisy. The cleaning rooms were close by and we were able to hear them every morning. The train station was nearby as well and if the window was open we could hear the trains, but it’s not something that bugged us too much. I didn’t like the fact that we wanted an early check in and we unfortunately were a bit late due to the flights being delayed. The person we wrote with from the hotel was telling us that we had to be there by a certain hour or we would need to wait an hour or more for them to go back to the hotel to check in. There should be an option to have someone at reception to avoid situations like this.

The staff were friendly and understanding. Check in was also very easy. Just make sure to call before arriving :) The room was also comfortable. There was a fridge, kettle, some mugs and cups and some spoons. The towels were also red which were different in my opinion :D Plenty of hangers and there is a lift. Location is close to the train station and a tram station. Close to some eateries and grocery stores. Quiet area as well.

The area around the hotel is a bit dark at night and not that busy. Could be a little scary when walking alone. To me, the pavements had some stains. Not a lot, but I had to be a bit more aware when walking. Litter was not a big problem however. Dogs pooped on the pavement but the good thing is that the owners always pick up after.

It gets loud, there's a big train station nearby. Pictures relate to different room types, I got confused and didn't realise I'm booking smaller room with no kitchenette. Not really their fault, but be mindful of this. Communication gets a bit confusing at times. We got a flyer with parking times, then were told info on the flyer was wrong, eventually it turned out it was correct. The flyer also said there was laundry service, we were told there wasn't, then it turned out there was 🤷🏼‍♀️ we got all we needed eventually, so all good.

More dishes available at the reception for a fee. Great location, walking distance from the railway station and to the city centre. Nice view. A lot of space. Fast and reliable internet. I was asked to call the reception 20mins before my arrival, so I was expected and the check-in was very fast. I had a good price, about 750CZK for a night, when I wanted to come back the following week it was 1000CZK a night, so the prices vary.

As others have mentioned there's no shower curtain and the bathroom is just big open space, so it's like a pool after you take a shower and slippery, but it wasn't a big deal for me.

This time I got a regular size room facing the street. It was still sufficient, but I wasn't as excited as before when I stayed in a larger room facing the city or top floor flat with a terrace. :-) I'll be back.

I stayed in a double bed room with no kitchen. The room was very simple, with a kettle and empty mini-fridge as the only facilities. The room was very clean, tidy, and warm despite the cold weather. Great value for money and quite close to a tram stop and a Lidl for your convenience.

Check-in requires you to call in advance, which could be stressful if you have issues with your sim card on arrival. Also there is no one at reception typically after 8pm so make sure not to lose your key card!

It was my second stay, this time in the top floor flat with a balcony - I loved it and the great view. Very nice and modern flat. There are no blinds on the roof windows in the kitchen, it was like in sauna upon arrival. There's AC, but it took some time to cool down the room. There are no shelves to put your stuff on in the rooms or in the bathroom, but I didn't mind very much.
