I liked the quiet and the neighborhood. From the hotel to my work venue I got to walk through peaceful cemeteries, marveling thumb stones and graves. The hotel itself is also OK, the breakfast offered was rich although a bit boring by the end of my stay. Cleanliness was OK-ish, I've noticed the cleaning staff was in the room, but nothing really exceptional. All in all I have nothing to rally say against this place, and it also offers good price to quality.

I didn't like the room, it was too small, when it was occupied by two individuals we felt we don't have any space. I've also missed some shelves or racks to put some of the clothes on. Turning onto the weekend some other guests were too loud in the rest area on front of the rooms and that was a bit disturbing to our sleep.

Not far from the subway station, so you can quickly get to the center. 400 meters to the grave of Franz Kafka, right next door you have the New Jewish Cemetery - if you're interested in Jewish culture this is an additional plus of the hotel location. The hotel is quiet and comfortable, the rooms are just right.

I think it's worth adding electric kettles in the rooms. Breakfast tasty, but it would be worth adding something new - similar things every day.

This is still my favorite Prague hotel. Located in a residental area in Prague 10, it is close enough to the metro (Zelivskeho) to be convenient, but outside the tourist track (a pre in my view). The rooms are spaceous and the staff is always superb, going out of their way to help. In summer it can be hot in Prague, but aircondition takes care of that. There is also an on-site restaurant with reasonably priced food (now including pizza) in case you do not want to venture out. I will be back!

The room was quite comfortable overall and rather clean. The area is residential and quite. The next metro is some 5 to 10 min away from the hotel. The breakfast was sufficiently diverse. The staff was very accommodating and helpful.

The "extra-large double bed" was actually two single beds stiched together. The room requires some minor maintanence work and the cleaning personnel should be told to pass the dust mop more thoroughly.

Nice clean and big rooms. Excellent breakfast, beautiful surroundings. Very nice staff, especially the blonde waitress. :-) If the construction going on next door is finished, it will probably be quiet.

Unfortunately, there was no advance notice of the construction going on next door. It's bad enough to wake up to hammering, workers shouting and smoking cigarettes. We barely got a place in the parking yard - even though that's why we chose this place - they almost sent us to an external paid parking lot. We finally reached an agreement. Those who book here should be aware that the accommodation is very far from the city center.

The hotel is nice and the staff is really helpful. The breakfast is not big and doesn't have a lot of options but it covers the basics so it's a decent one. The room is spacious and it looks pretty good. There's a theme to the hotel and the room I was in followed that theme which was nice to notice.

I found some parts of the room that were not cleaned properly; the heating element in the bathroom had a lot of dust on it; the small round table in the room was the same, dusty. Under the bed, same situation, not cleaned properly (or at all).

Super friendly and helpful staff, clean and impressive interior and exterior, very tasty food. They were very flexible and prepared with special food on my special requests - I did not even have to ask, they offered to preare for it (they bought it only for me). I was very impressed.

We stayed at Hotel Villa for the second time, because we love everything about the hotel. It is situated in a quiet area, the staff is always friendly and helps with everything. They try to fulfil all extra wishes such as a room with a balcony for smokers and a private parking space. The breakfast is small, but has got a good variety of sweet and savoury food.

No water cooker and coffee/tea in the room

The food was great, the hotel was very comfortable, and the staff were lovely. Even though we didn't have a car, it was very easy. Turn right out of the tube station, cross the road at the end of the big wall, turn left into the little park, and the hotel was there.
