Door into the room was insulating very poorly, sleeping late in the bed was not possible because of the loud traffic in the hallway Food for breakfast was uninspriring, scrambled eggs were made from powdered egg probably, real boiled eggs were overboiled to green yolk, oil for salads was watery and tasteless, limitted selection of ham and cheese

Breakfast was good - its not all inclusive hotel, but for 3* hotel it was better than I expected. Nothing special but it was tasty and very nice. I was there with my 2 dogs and there were no problem with that at all, so I really appreciate that.

Metro/tram station was not 1 minute form the hotel as described, but it was like 5-7 minutes so it was OK. And you have to pay for hotel parking - if the parking was free, than it would be really perfect.

Breakfast was good and location is also good. Don't trust Google maps, metro and tramway are 5 minutes away but on Google maps it says 15 minutes. Google maps doesn't work really good in Prague.

The bathroom's door was terrible, it doesn't even have a lock, so people can't even close the door correctly.

We arrived late and the staff gave us 3 rooms (in the first 2 rooms there was people sleeping). 3rd times the charm.

I liked the location and the fact that a very big amount of dancers from our community could be together, because the hotel is connected to two different hotels.

The room was very small, I was barely able to do some yoga/stretching in the morning. The door to the bathroom looked like a door to a wardrobe. The room had pretty old look, like from the ‘80.

Good value for money. Comfortable bed. The room is clean. The reception staff is friendly and competent. Short distance to public transport stops.

This sounds like a small thing, but I wish they would provide shampoo in something else than hard-to-open plastic baggies.

Everything was good, but due to the presence of some young sports clubs, there was too much noise until late. Otherwise, the staff, rooms and breakfast were satisfactory.

Close to the tram and metro station. Few stations away from the city center. Non stop reception. The breakfast was ok.

Our room was at the first floor and the view was on the back of the building, next to all sort of air conditioning.

Everything in the hotel was good. The only thing that DISAPPOINTED us was the taxi service to the airport. Although the reception told us that it'll cost 26€, the taxi driver charged us 33€. His excuse was the euro-czk currency. Don't use the taxi service from/to the airport.
