Ibis Praha Wenceslas Square

1. Location was very good with easy walking distance access to the main tourist areas. 2. The breakfast was of a good quality, although the hours could be extended a bit to maybe 12pm for those of us who don't like early starts, especially has they don't have a lunch option. 3. Very helpful and friendly staff

1. This is a personal issue but I thought the bed was way too hard, especially for people with back problems. Not sure if possible to offer an option with regards to type of bed? 2. Although cleanliness was generally very good, I got the impression that at least on one occassion during my 4 night stay, they didn't change out the bed sheets and/or pillow cases and that the room wasn't vaccum cleaned.

Location is very good. we booked 5 nights and since it was convenient and pleasant stay, we extended with one more night. The evening shift Martin is an awesome guy. Always helpful, shared a lot of tips about Prague with us. Always smiling and cheerful. It is because of him that we extended in the same hotel. Thanks man!

However when we extended our stay there was a different staff member at the reception and upon returning to our hotel and trying to re check in we were super disappointed .Not pleasant at all. If you ask “how are you “ he just says “yes? “ We were shocked. He said we don’t have booking. I showed him the reference number, then he said ok. He then charged the card of my friend, which he had in the system second time for the same stay we already paid. His name was Ondra. He almost wiped the good impression we had of the hotel. I informed him as well I will be making a complaint, no customer should face rudeness like this. We got the money back in the end, but no apology for the mistake he did, no remorse whatsoever.

Location location location - I love where the hotel is at, This is my second time visiting this hotel, and its just very easy to reach anywhere in the city using the tram system. There is a major station across the road named IP Pavlova, and also its a walking distance from the museom. The breakfast hall is tidy and inviting.

We were there for a week, and for the whole week the breakfast was pretty much the same maybe mix it up a little, We Did have alot of options to pick from but after eating the same for 5 days we felt like we wished for a little change

- Good beds - Good place to have breakfast, lot of light, tables and stuff to eat on room - Next to metro station - walkable distances to places

- Windows barely open so no much ventilation - No bar, "the Bar" meaned walking outside to hotel next door - One keycard stopped working so we had to go to reception to get a new one. Staff helped us flawlessly. - One of the rooms when we arrived had a strong previous occupant smell, but they changed us the room to another one, with less smell.

We like location and services

Its one thing, what we did not like, what, when you are coming with your pet, dog, cat or etc... they are not cleaning a room, they just picking up garbage and hanging towels, nothing else, they have a vacuum cleaners, but they not doing vacuum cleaning the carpet in the room, BUT YOU ARE PAYING EXTRA 10€A DAY FOR IT, for example, we stayed in this hotel for a week, and you can imagine how carpet is looks like, i asked the receptionist to ask cleaner to clean carpets and still nothing, when the cleaner came in one day to pick up garbage and replace towels, i asked her to vacuum our room, and its just was a one time. Its the same situation with a bed linings and duvets and pillows covers. Th3y have never ever chamging it.

The location is great, walking distance to a lot of nice restaurants and the city center. Breakfast was pretty standard for an Ibis hotel. The room was clean and tidy and the staff was friendly. Great with parking possibilities under the hotel. No reservation needed, they have plenty of spaces in the garage.

The price was ridiculous per night. Parking was also expensive. Coffee at breakfast was horrible (eat at the hotel and buy a coffee at a coffee shop after ;)

The staff especially, they were nice and helpful. Also the rooms looked nice, had enough space, the bed was comfortable, the table with the chair was essential, liked the bathroom as well. The ac was decent. I liked the breakfast, it had enough variety and tasted good.

The toilet paper's quality was bad, I think it definitely should be upgraded to match the quality of the rest of the things. I liked the fact that I could use a shared fridge near the reception, but would be very nice to have it in the room or at least one on every level.

The hotel is very well located — close to Prague’s central areas and at the same time distanced enough from the very loud and crowded streets. There are cafes and shops around. The hotel is only 10 minutes walk from the Central Train Station (although a little uphill), so it you travel light you won’t even have to call a cab or wait for a bus. The staff is very friendly, nice and attentive. The breakfast is great. The room was clean, minimalistic and comfortable, typical IBIS — has just enough. Wi-Fi worked good.

We booked in advance so it was very reasonable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We needed rooms next to each other and they were able to accommodate us. It is walkable from the main train station.

We were misled to think the hotel was actually on the main wencesles square, it is actually a 10 minute walk away. Still very easy to get to but just to make be aware

The room had all the facilities needed for a good stay. Extra pillows & Blanket for the chilly nights we had.

The Reception area/ cafe ran out of cups, coffee & tea & whilst appreciating the Reception was busy, I feel one of the 3 staff members should be responsible to re-stocking, more especially as no coffee/tea making facilities are available in the rooms unless extra paid.
