Hotel staff Rade, Vera and Yana took excellent care. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Prague. These guys know how to make the customer happy. Thank you Rade, Vera and Yana :)

Great location, comfortable and spacious room, perfectly clean. The breakfast is excellent.

Although it is obvious that a lot has been invested in the hotel, the soundproofing is poor. The walls are extremely thin (drywall) and you have the feeling that the neighbors are in your room. Especially if they are watching TV, listening to music or talking. It's the same with those who are in the rooms above you and you always hear them when they walk. We stayed in the hotel for three nights and slept very badly because of that.

Location is very good. Not far from the center by walking. Price for parking place is reasonable and also parking area is close to the hotel. Breakfast is delicious.

When paying by card, the exchange rate with euros is very unfavorable. I had to pay 243 euros instead of 228. The parking space needs to be booked in advance, and there is no information about this, no one answered my call at the hotel, and no one answered the message on the booking platform. As a result, we arrived in the evening and there were no parking spaces, we had to look for a space in other garages, which took quite a bit of time.

Spacious room. Convenient location. Some of the rooms face a busy street, but the windows are soundproof, so it is not an issue at all.

Breakfasts can be improved. In theory there is a choice, but in reality all the products are of average quality. If the hotel was much cheaper, then I wouldn't complain, but with this price one expects more.

Everything is nice, the room is quiet and clean, breakfast is good and lots of choices, the staffs are friendly, giving me many suggestions about the city tour, the room cleaning is done everyday! Location is perfect, 5 min to tram station, u can even walk to the old town center and main train station within 15min. BTW, the TV is available for Netflix, wifi is good.

is it possible to cover two bacolneys in the middle? If the neighbor and I both stand in the bacolneys to see each other,it's a little awkward

Nobody cleans the room in a week. I asked to do it and they came only once.

This was the first stop of our honeymoon. The room itself was very clean and modern. The bathroom had a lot of counter space which was great for our 4-night stay. The breakfast is a varied and vast spread that changed noticeably each day. As a vegetarian, there were quite a few options for me beyond just eggs, bread, and fruit. We really like the location because it is not at the centre of the busy tourist strip but is close to many attractions and great neighbourhoods for restaurants beyond the tourist areas. The hotel is in a very walkable location.

The room itself was humid which was hard to shake. We came in from the rain one night and our clothes were not dry 24hrs later, even after having been left hanging all day. Unfortunately, leaving the windows open did not resolve it, and blasting the AC would not have been a good option as it was cool during our stay.

breakfast was ok staff didn’t respond well to my messages via booking.com as I asked for additional facilities and didn’t receive upon arrival.

Very confortable and cosy place. Well located - close to shops, museums, etc. Affordable price (please do not change it, i plan to comme back). The team is perfect, very kind, helpful. Continental breakfast, little quite terrace inside. The parking: some say "oh, it is 250 m, from here. It is horrible. Serioulsly: it is 4 mn walk, fully secured and very easy to go. Yes it is 24e per night, but it is the same as in any European city. Hard to complain as it it already quite nice not to have to wonder where to park thanks to this option).

Well, we could add a pool, a sauna, etc. but would be then easier to rebuild. More seriously, everything was perfect. Everything is done to offer you a pleasant stay.
