Functional rooms & suites in a sleek hotel with an international restaurant & spa. Accommodation at it´s finest, superb food, clean and big room, Accessible and convenient, just beside the Arkády Pankrác Shopping Mall and 5 mins walk to Pankrác Metro Station. We enjoyed a lot our stay and we will be back again. The breakfast was tasty, with a good selection. The surrounding area is safe and modern (building offices, shopping mall, open park).

We ask for the parking. It was a bit expensive, but you have 30 mins for free for the check-in. I guess that is not enough time if you have a lot of luggages and you are travelling with kids. Luckily we found a private parking garage just 10 mins walk to the Hotel (Mr. Parkit). This was really helpful, because it is really hard to find a spot close to the Hotel and better to take the metro when you are touring the city.

We had room with access to spa. And we enjoyed it (the spa was not crowded) as well as massage. They provided us an early check in (at 13:00) at room at the 23rd floor with a view. The room was spacious and we enjoyed the view. The hotel is located near a station (tram/ metro line C). Taxi to the central station costed about 10 euro. The stuff is generally nice.

I think the hotel restaurant is overpriced. They should have special rate for guests. We ate there once, food was good but there are cheaper places in the old town. We had once an issue with our key card - it stopped working after we had been in spa. So we had to go “naked” to reception to fix the problem. A nice gesture would be appreciated (water, tea) but Czech people are not very “caring” in general.

The hotel was really great, rooms were very spacious, the receptionist Milan did a great great job he was really on top of everything, went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and helped us out advice on how to get around etc.

The only thing I did not particularly like is the location. It is close to a tram around 10 minute walk but it's not exactly at the center. The tram ride going to the center will take around 20-30 minutes depending on where you want to go which is not bad, just something to note. Also note that the spa access also means a lot of people in the pool and jacuzzi area.

Hotel was lovely and a great location. Jakub looked after us on our first night with check in and helped us with information and looking for some things we needed. He went above and beyond and was so pleasant to deal with.

We didn't have breakfast included and on our first morning we decided to have breakfast in the hotel before heading out for the day. The breakfast was a buffet style and was quite nice but the price we were charged was over €50 for breakfast for 2 people which is ridiculous and nowhere near worth that price. Otherwise the hotel was lovely and dinner menu was fairly priced breakfast was just outrageous!

it's located a little far from the old town, however there is a great view from the wellness center towards the old town, it's about 5 minutes away from a large shopping center and the next metro station, so getting there and away is 24/7 (also close to several night bus stops) fairly comfortable - the breakfast is very comprehensive although finishing already at 10, great value for money (for a stay in January - when the city is less attractive than in summer), the wellness area is well-equipped

I was served by an intern at the reception who did not speak Czech and did barely have a clue about time- and cost-efficient transportation in Prague - to questions she gave trivial answers instead of asking Czech colleagues - that was a bit annoying, but the Czech staff was excellent; the floor in the sauna area is fairly slippery so that I slid out and got an annoying and large blue mark on my bottom - the hotel was honestly concerned about that and promised to do something about the slippery floor there

The price was pretty well balanced and I liked it the way it did go (everything) , food was great on the expected level , rooms were very good suited for a family of 3 (parents and a kid) with two bathrooms toilets and sinks , also mini bar in the room , and the little stuff like pool + gym + sauna - it is very balanced for the price I've got for 5 night stay .

I wanted to get a different hair dryer for my wife since the one that is installed wasn't really up to her standard , have a little more advantage (the hand-holding hair dryer I assume) , so I couldn't have it since it was later at night (past 5pm) and I couldn't get it because the room service was at a close and the guy at the entrance encounter couldn't do nothing with it . Also I'd like to add about the food (the lunch) , it should have more of a variety of food , not only English mornings or just tomatoes + green pickles + baby leafs (for Salad) , I mean more types of greens and vegetables or something more exciting (maybe an Omelette that is made on the spot with different add-ons like greens / onions / pepper bells / cheese , you name the add-on that is made on the spot) .

The room was clean with all the modern facilities in our rooms. The location was very close proximity to the Cubex Centrum Conference venue.Ms Olga ( front office agent) was very helpful, modest & Ms.Luci helped us in the smooth check-in . The breakfast was good and delicious.The staff was very helpful and always ready to help us. Mr. Peter at the reception, a young boy explained me in detail at 7 am in morning how to catch metro and tram etc. That has helped us a lot for sight seeing tour of the city. Spa was clean and very good. Wifi was good with high speed.

We were not provided with dental & shaving kits in our rooms.

Everything was good, hotel employees were really nice. Big plus is, that the hotel is basically located right next to the Pankrác shopping centre which is also a metro station, thus it was very easy for us to get on the metro lines we wanted to within a few minutes.

We had this problem with card key from our room, somebow we were unable to open the door to our room multiple times and afterwards we were forced to always go to the reception and exchange the card for a new one.

The room and hotel were fantastic, much better than I thought they would be. There was a small issue with power in my room coming back quite late one evening. It was sorted very quickly despite it being repotered at gone 1am. Very impressed. Location being so close to the metro was really beneficial being far enough out of town to make it peaceful but close enough to easily pop in and out quickly in the evening. I certainly will recommend this hotel and likely use it again myself for a future visit. Very happy as was my friend who was sharing the room with me for our travels.

The rooms were really nice, clean and spacious. The breakfast was great with good variety. The hotel is tall and beautiful, with good views. Nice location with easy access to public transport and a shopping mall just next-door.

The pillows on the beds are terrible: too soft, the head just falls through it (no neck support), and the pillow wraps around the head. Shower pressure was inconsistent between the rooms (too weak in my room, but good in the other room). Could use a separate soap dispenser on the bathroom sink, in addition to the one in the bath/shower.
