Can't comment on quality of breakfast because I left the hotel early (4:45am) without having breakfast.

The website advertises free airport ride but that is not a true statement (I found that out as a surprise at the hotel the evening before my departure), because it only applies to a one-way trip from the airport to the hotel. The hotel-to-airport ride is not free, so it should be stated in your website, so the travelers can plan on reserving their ride elsewhere.

Clean and efficient and close to the airport.

The “shuttle” service to the airport was someone who was called to take me to airport. He was confused when I told him which terminal then wasn’t sure if it was to the airport. We needed to go back in because he did not speak English. I do not speak their native language however why would you book a driver to take someone to the airport who could not understand them, or where they were supposed to take them. Very disappointing and discouraging for what is supposed to be a hotel for travelers to be a quick turnaround time to the airport .

The hotel is very close to the airport and not far from the city so it was very handy. The stuff did their best and we nice regardless of who was on shift.

Their breakfast space is very small if even 8-10 people decide to eat at the same time. Either you wait for someone to finish and take their table or get in there very early. We asked for eggs on our second day and the kitchen told us there were none which was weird because we did have some the previous day. I don't know if it was due to it being close to 10 am. Put the information about the airport shuttle on booking.com as well not only on your website. I requested the airport shuttle 2hrs before our arrival and we were told it needs to be done at least 24hr in advance but that information was not in our booking confirmation but just on their main website which I do believe can cause problems in the future.

This was a transition hotel for us so we chose it based on close proximity to the airport and easy parking. The hotel was super comfortable and easy to get to from the airport --- this was important to us as we were first-timers to the Czech Republic and had rented a car. Our room was very clean and very comfortable. Nice basic breakfast buffet was also nice since there weren't very many options walking distance from the hotel.

I only stayed 1 night and left early, so no idea about breakfast. But the room was big, clean and comfortable, very nice shower, tea/coffee/tea kettle in the room - I mention it as this is not always the case. Overall happy with my stay here.

Important - no free shuttle to the airport anymore. Which is ok (and I was informed about it by the hotel, but confusing - because some of the latest reviews mention it, whereas other say it does not exist anymore - which is also my experience..... the taxi cost about 10 euros)

Well-mannered and cutty personal. Cleaned room and hotel at all. Window in the toilet room. Large free parking.

Imposible cold water in the shower in the morning time. We didn't feel comfortable and it was crazy for us. How 4 stars Hotel can't resolve it. So was shocked and all our day was broken. BTW the breakfast zone was really small 10 tables for 2 persons = 20 persons for so huge hotel was 2nd surprise for us.

There is no restaurant! The breakfast is poor and with food kept from one day to another.

Stayed for one night before travel onto another location. Did not have high expectations given the price, but it was conveniently close to the airport. Skyhotel was excellent though from start to finish, and they really impressed us. Pick up from the airport was smooth despite flight delays and arranged by the hotel and included by the price. The room was incredibly spacious and clean, with an excellent shower and incredibly comfortable bed. Could not have asked for more.

Speed of answers to my queries, flexibility in changes, being helpful with my arrangements of arrival and onward travel. Room was well equipped for even longer stay (big cupboard, safe, fridge), even my three year old felt instantly comfortable. Also breakfast offer was quite good and fresh.

Could have done with a little help getting my luggage to the taxi from the hotel door, as I had lots of it with my little one. Maybe i didn't figure it out but couldn't lock the room from the inside (because of child it would be preferred).

It's a nice small & lovley hotel , the breakfast was very good , and the rooms very clean . The staff was very helpful

The only thing that we didn't like is that the sofa bed is not comftable to sleep on it we had to ask for more quilts so that our son could sleep comftable ,but overall still good value for money .
