The rooms are spacious, staff very helpful and truly sweet. We had couple requests and both were met. It is a clean place, with excellent breakfast buffet. Every room has Nespresso machine, they also serve the same coffee at breakfast. Over all we were very happy!

Inconvenient late check in due to large group checking out before us, should have been revorded by little discount, perhaps for breakfast or recognized otherwise. It's these little things that make huge difference.

Location in city centre is most convenient! Hotel is spacious and offers parking place. Tasty breakfast and nice staff were also highlights of the stay.

Room may definitely benefit from slight restoration. Dark wood, dark leather armchairs and room decorations are outmoded.

I was in Baltaci several times. They booked me the same room which I really appreciated. Room was clean. Staff at the hotel reception was OK.

Staff during the breakfast, breakfast in general. Poor selection of food during the breakfast, flies on the food. Hotel confirmed that if they do not have enough people (hotel guests) they do not prepare breakfast as usual. They prepare it in the back and bring it to each guest individually. Not so many options in that case. It was good hotel before, but now I can't recommend it due to problems with staff (they are laughing behind your back if you want smth from them). Breakfast staff made my stay there unpleasant. Director of the hotel as well. She approached to me during the breakfast while I was eating and started to talk to me loud about my complain (one guest had a breakfast at the next table and had to listen to what she is talking about), but I did not complain to anyone. It was all just because breakfast staff pointed me that I was not OK with the breakfast, because they saw it and they had a feeling! Maybe they should take care more about the guests, not to prepare the coffee for themselves during the breakfast, check if everything is prepared, there was spoon missing in the basket with a bread and I did not wanna take it by hands, so I asked them to bring it. It was totally unprofessional there! The hotel was sad in general, not so many guests, breakfast staff including young people from the local school who had a training there, were laughing behind the desk. Unfortunately there are not so many good hotels in Zlin, so not too much options where to stay if you wanna have some comfort at least. But due to this experience I'll never book the hotel again.

The front desk staff was great. Location is was good..

Over priced! I booked the master sauna suit. The sauna in the room requires a front desk staff to turn on , and it kept shutting off, we had the clerk 4 times to the room to fix the problem (note in the room, do not touch the timer on the sauna, call the front desk clerk), so we did. The kitchen was closed when we arrived at 14:00, so we had to venture out for dinner (no room service available). The weather was not great and made for a longer than expected journey to find food. The "wellness" was not ready for guests ... All was just turned off and empty. The room... Large , but the TV was a good 10meters from the bed, so not easy to relax and watch a movie. There were "questionable stains" on the chairs, which meant I wouldn't sit on them. The coffee maker, I ran 6 large cups through (6 cycles), just to get clean hot water for tea. The breakfast , well...we arrived 15 minutes after it opened and all food was gone. We had to wait 15 minutes for new food, but it was half the menu foods from the photosI had to request food to be prepared (scrambles eggs and bacon)... I will never visit this hotel again. Even if there are small amounts of guests , they should be consistent on the level of service to price. I paid too much for the value given.
