Close to the area we are going to and close to lots of shopping malls

The king room (main room) in the apartment we were staying had a sewage smell very strong smell. my family and I didn’t realize that sewage smell After the second day of our stay in this apartment. I told the apartment management about the smell and they are very helpful to check how the smell came to the room and they work for a few hours to get rid of the bad smell. They put their air purifier in the room which make the room smell a little bit better and no more smell for a day but the last day of our stay that sewage smell return we were staying at room 2104. Manager apologized for inconveniency.

The hotel has a very guest-inviting and welcoming atmosphere, right when you enter the lobby door. Friendly and attentive fornt-desk personnel, floor and room service quickly responding. The room had a very nice interior and was spacious. A highly comforting room with any amenities you need. The separate drinking water dispenser was very good as well.

The hotel is located in a safe business environment, yet somehow distant from everyday infrastructure around. For a supermarket you either need to walk quite a distance or you order a taxi for every tour you intend to do in Greater Jakarta.

Well-equipped with everything I needed, including a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stove, and even a rice cooker, which made it easy to prepare meals. The addition of a washing machine and dryer was a real bonus, as it saved me time and made laundry so much more convenient.

I love that my request for baby cot and chair is fulfilled immediately, the staffs are very kind as well. Room is spacious and facilities are top notch. Bed is extremely comfortable, AC is cold and comfortable.

Despite my request to ensure carpet is clean because I’m bringing a baby, we found a rusty needle on the carpet on day one, kindly take note of carpet’s cleanliness. Also, pls improve on breakfast. Taste is bland, and variety is so so. When we asked for a baby chair, we’re given a dirty baby chair that we didn’t even bother putting our baby on the chair.

I love the Indonesian breakfast included in the buffet. I love the choices. There was even vegetarian options as well as a satay ayam station. I highly recommend Ascott Sudirman for business and leisure stays.

Nothing really. Everything is highly recommended. Although it may seem a little less walkable but the location is very near a shopping mall and a lot of nearby restaurants to choose from. The mall also has everything.

The room is clean and spacious. The most important is the hotel staffs are very accommodating.

The breakfast is really simple for the prices of the hotel and it could have been better with more variety.

I especially enjoyed the fact that the hotel allowed me to bring my furry pet friend and keep him in my room unlike other hotels in Jakarta or Indonesia, most of which don't allow travelers with pets. There was only a small pet deposit fee that is typically being refunded upon check-out. All hotel staff knew about my pet and provided everything we needed to feel well accommodated in their space.

Spacious studio, with comfy bed, large bedroom, a desk to work at, very fast internet connection. Nice panoramic view from the window. Food from the room service was OK, but usually already cold when delivered. Staff was friendly, checkin and checkout time below 10mins. A taxi ride to the airport outside of rush hours takes around 45mins, but may go up to 90mins in evening traffic. There is a small convenience store at the building, otherwise the closest mall with lots of shops and restaurants is 10 walking mins away (Lotte Shopping Avenue).

If you construct an apt building right at the highway it could make sense to invest in sound-proof windows. Also, if I light the sign "do not disturb" it does not mean that I died and you really don’t need to repeatedly call me or send your staff to check if I am ok. The access to the building is a bit difficult - taxi drivers need to drive around the whole complex, go through 2 checkpoints, it’s a waste of time. There were only 2 lifts available for a 40-floor building so prepare for some waiting time.

Best friendly staff, very well-trained and friendly towards my kitty cat companion. Approximately 600m-700m walk to the nearest Lotte Avenue mall with plenty of eateries.

All went well until the last day (Sunday), 31 July around 12pm to 1pm. The pool was crowded with kids and families which is fine as everyone deserves a nice way to cool the hot afternoon. As I began swimming, i noticed rice particles floating inside the pool and to my astonishment, I saw a mummy feeding her kids at the side of the pool with hands and occasionally rinsing her hands inside the pool. That really irks me to the core. I stormed out of the pool and wanted to complain to the person-in-charge but there were no facilities manager around. That was really disgusting!!
