Beautiful & modern & could walk everywhere. Lovely views of marina.

We were charged €50 per person & we only used the steam & sauna. For literally 40mins. They weren’t clear about this charge & it was only after using that they produced a piece of paper to sign that said €50each. I feel it’s completely overpriced & we were guests of hotel. Also less than an hour of use?

The hotel was almost brand new so our room was fabulous. The staff in the hotel were some of the best we have encountered in all the hotels we have stayed in, including many 5 star hotels in Asia. The staff could not do enough for us. The front desk were very efficient and friendly, the bell boys always smiling. Hotel was centrally located which allowed us to explore the old town on foot and try all the various excellent restaurants, bars and sights. The beach club was also excellent with free transport to/from once a day. Overall 10 out of 10.

There were mosquitos on the 5th floor outside dining terrace which we didn't realise we had bites until later. But with some repellant spray they weren't an issue for subsequent evenings.

Can't fault this hotel, it's excellent. Great location, staff are all extremely helpful and friendly. It's brand new, the design is clean and modern. The roof top plunge pool is a nice touch. A short walk to the centre along the marina. The fitness centre wasn't open because it was brand new, but the staff arranged an alternative so we could sweat out all the Spritz. All very capable and wonderful base as an introduction to Sardinia. We will be back! Thanks guys.

If had to try hard to pick on something, it's the automatic sensor light in the bathroom, very sensitive if you move when asleep or go to bathroom would turn on and it's quite bright.

We stayed in the privilege suite with bay view and really loved it. The room was exceptional and had 2 large bathrooms and a balcony with a bay view that we could enjoy even from the bed. The matress and pillows were super comfy. We appreciated the L'Occitane cosmetics in the room, as well as the hi-tech feel of having everything literally a button away (from window blinds to bluetooth music streaming to lights, everything is remote-operated). Products at breakfast were overall good quality, especially the sweets / pattiserie. We felt sorry we did not have time to try the spa & hotel restaurants, but would highly reccommend this place for a few days' stay.

There was nothing not to like. I would maybe just suggest more variety for the minibar and a slight check of electronics and appliances in the room - for example, in our room, a couple of the remote-operated systems for background music and for setting the room temperature (AC) were not always fully functional, while the intense light of the BT music panel on the walls was a bit of a nuissance during night-time. Again, these are minor things and did not really affect our stay.

Location is ideal to explore the city. One or two teething problems as to be expected with a new hotel but nothing to spoil the holiday. Rooms were extremely comfortable and quiet and there is not enough that can be said to praise the staff. From front desk to the waiters they were so friendly and helpful to a fault....they really add to your enjoyment. The breakfast was excellent...every taste catered for and the quality of food was top notch. The roof pool and sunbathing area was a nice addition if a little small however the sauna/spa section was a tad on the expensive side although the free gym is very handy. The hotel has its own beach club which is serviced by a free daily shuttle. Great way to spend a day or 3 and the food again is excellent and the staff extremely friendly.

The TV service is still having glitches apparently but this shouldn't spoil your holiday. Housekeeping was very good although some of the times were a little off....6.30pm one day and 10pm another! Maybe the provision of sun unbrellas on the roof terrace please...it does get very hot and there is no shade at all.Apart from that, no problems at all.

Breakfast buffet was good - eggs and hot drinks were served by staff, which could be a bit of a timing challenge, but they were very attentive and helpful Everything was new and very very clean The rooms and beds (suite) were very large and comfortable

We could pick on the breakfast eggs and hot drinks timing challenge, but in reality it was fine The air con in the breakfast restaurant along the front wall built up some condensation which dripped onto the chairs (and those sitting there) - but this is a teething bilp only, in what was a very satisfactory stay

The breakfast was amazing. A wide choice of food, and the staff were wonderful. Freshly cooked eggs/omelttes on demand.

There was a slight incident where we needed clean towels after accidentally leaving the "Do Not Disturb" sign on, and our room wasn't cleaned, which was our fault. We had to ask three times in the early evening for the towels to be delivered - we were told they were on the way, but after an hour the receptionist came and got towels from the linen cupboard on our floor. Only a minor matter, and the cause was our fault, and everything else was superb. Didn't affect our overall positive view of the hotel.

New and well done interior design in a beautiful old Palazzo! Very comfortable rooms and common areas. Excellent location! Nice rooftop restaurant with a view to the sea, port and the city. Value for money! I definitely recommend this exceptional hotel in Cagliari!

It would be great to have a dress code for the guests: dome of them in lobby and in elevator are in swimsuits. Check in process is not well organised: one day before our arrival we received a message by booking.com that I have to download my key. I've sent the message asking that there's not a link by booking app how I have to download. Instead of response I received the same message once again. Only after telephone calls it was clarified that I can ignore these messages. We informed that we will arrive early morning and if possible to give the rooms asap. However we received the rooms after 15:00(while check in is at 14:00). There wasn't shower gel. However it's a very nice hotel which might be even better!

I was impressed by the staff - they were all friendly, accommodating, and attentive. The breakfast was fabulous - everything you could want. The location made everything very accessible and the area felt very safe. The room was great - great shower, lovely decor, and the bed was incredibly comfortable (and I'm fussy). Lovely L'Occitane products in the bathroom. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was disappointed that complimentary water and coffee pods weren't replaced each day when my room was made up. Seemed a little stingy not to refresh that each day. On my last day, the rooftop bar and pool were not available due to a private booking, which was disappointing as those facilities were one of the main reasons I'd chosen the hotel, and I would have thought access to them was built into the cost of the room. The private party was also a bit too loud into the night.
