I enjoyed that everything was walkable and restaurants were close by. Stores were accessible and the staff was very kind, from the front office to the maids cleaning the hotel. I had enjoyed my stay and would recommend to all my friends and family. The walk to the atomic bomb and Hiroshima castle was an added bonus to experience and immerse myself in Japan history and culture .

I wish I could have experience the breakfast with the price I paid which was the minimal. Maybe down the road breakfast can be open to everyone no matter what we paid.

The reception is very well laid out, and the staff were very friendly and spoke good English. There were complimentary hot and cold drinks in the foyer, along with refills for the room consumables. Our room had a nice view overlooking the small Alice in Wonderland themed plaza behind the hotel. It was a nice modern room, with all the amenities we needed. The hotel is located fairly central. The nearest tram stop was only a couple of blocks away, with the A Dome and Peace Museum a short ride away. The staff were also nice enough to arrange luggage transfer to our next hotel in Tokyo.

As always with Japanese hotels, the storage for clothes is non existent. But by this point in our trip, we'd come to expect that.

The room is bigger than I expect :D specially is the bathroom, very big and the bed very comfortable. Highly recommend, the price for the hotel close to the Hondori shopping center, donjihote shopping, Okonoyami street... that is worth every penny, and it is not so expensive if you compare it with another hotels around or even further from city center. About the car parking, they have 2 car parking lot very close to each other but you should tell them your car is small or big, because of our kei truck we have to drive to another car parking lot (about 10 minutes walking, 5 minutes drive from the hotel, it is not bad through) because the one next to the hotel is can not fit at all.

The room cabinet should be cleaner!

Location was okay. Room okay Staff are nice. 10mins drive from JR Hiroshima station. Always have taxi outside. So many shops and restaurants near by . Big toilet! Nice bath tub !!!

Only thing is the blanket was kind of made by plastic or some other kind of fabric. Was very uncomfortable middle of the night. There is a soft sheet before the blanket, but if sleep with someone like my husband, the sheet moves around. So sometimes the blanket directly touch to your skin. Not comfortable at all.

Helpful and always happy staff. Bags were stored securely at reception area prior check-in. Nice buffet breakfast with lots of variety. Good size room with large bathroom (bath, shower, and toilet). All amenities provided (some items can be collected from reception area).

Bed and pillows were not very comfortable. The view from the room window straight onto the wall of another building.

We were surprised by the size of the room which was noticeably larger than many other similarly priced Japanese hotels. Also, it had a machine in the room itself for trouser presses. And the bathroom was also quite large and Japanese style, so you could take a bath or shower.

It is located in a central street, so at night you can sometimes hear noise from people.

Great location in central Hiroshima. Polite staff who speak a bit of English. Coffee machine for free use in the lobby. Very good breakfast.

Rooms are quite small (though we have seen smaller in Japan). The bathroom though is of good size. The room walls are quite thin so we could hear sounds from the other rooms.

reasonable room size compared to other hotels we stayed in Japan. Good location. Great hosptitality. storage of your luggage before check-in and after check-out. Bit of window view. Handy Location.

Only peper cups provided (glass preferred!). can't think of others in comparison with other hotels I stayed in Japan on this trip.

Great location. Okonimimura is just behind this hotel. All the other must visit spots are well within walking distance.

Very good place to Start your journey for sightseeing in hiroshima. The tram is also nearby. In the evening you got bars and restaurants right in front of the door. Rooms are clean and modern. Really big and nice bath.

The bed could be softer, but that's just a personal preference.
