Very nice hotel in walking distance to Memorial Museum and Peace park. Adequate sized rooms with great views over the city and the surrounding hills. Self service laundry and also laundry service. Helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet. Vg price for such a nice hotel.

Nothing negative.

Fantastic location close to public transport, shopping and the Peace park & Museum etc. The staff at the hotel were fantastic as was the room and lounge on level 25 with amazing views and free tea/coffee, snacks and happy hour each day. The only thing I would mention is that the mattress was a little hard as compared to other accommodation I have stayed at in Japan. A small issue and definitely great value for money. I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to others.

Mattress could be improved.

Room was larger than expected and had a fantastic view from the 24rh floor. Checkin was seamless and was able to easily communicate with staff in English. Location is superb right on Peace Boulevard and within walking distance of all major attractions I wanted to see. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was outstanding with so many tasty choices. Staff was excellent, friendly and attentive, from checkin to those handling breakfast.

Would only issue one keycard. Accidentally locked myself out which required a staff member to escort me back to my room to get my keycard. Room was clean but bench had some stains that were covered by new cushion. Nothing that would prevent me from staying again.

The room itself was quite decent for a single person and very functional. I loved the big window of my room and I took delight in simply coming back to my room and staring at the beautiful city view. The breakfast on the top floor was simply one of the best meals I had in Hiroshima. The view from the top floor is breath-taking and the breakfast spread is very extravagant - it even includes ice cream, for breakfast :). If I had known, I would have gone up early to secure the nice cosy sofa immediately facing the view. Highly recommended.

Very rigid in their check-in time policy. Maybe an option for guest to pay an extra fee so they can check-in early?

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is super nice, feels luxurious especially for the reasonable price! The rooms are small as all rooms in Japan are, but for two people with two backpacking backpacks we had no problem. The view from our room on a high floor was stunning to wake up to every morning, and the location was great for exploring the city (maybe a 15 minute walk to Peace Park). The staff were also so sweet and offered me a cute little washcloth made from recycled paper cranes for my birthday I was celebrating <3 The highlight of our stay was the happy hour (where we met some awesome people over complimentary wine) and breakfast (buffet style, with mimosas) in the top floor space with gorgeous views through floor to ceiling windows! Pro tip: If you want a later checkout, it's only 1000 yen :)

No complaints!

Location: Walkable distance to Peace Park and shopping district. During late November or December there is a beautiful light up display along Peace Boulevard which is quite extensive and would appeal to children!! Nice photo location at night! Room was well kept. Breakfast: The main highlight and plus point for you to choose this accommodation is the breakfast! Go get the breakfast option please! There is also various snacks/happy hour sessions in the cafeteria along the day.

You will need to take the tram/bus (15-20mins journey) to the hotel but if you plan to explore Hiroshima Peace Park and do some shopping, this is actually a convenient location to be.

Loved the window view, location and the breakfast was a m a z i n g, really the highlight of the stay plenty good food and absolutely delicious and clean. There is a guest lounge where they give amenities most part of the day, there is a happy hour time for free booze, then late snacks like yogur and cookies. Staff is super friendly and they do the best to keep you comfortable. There are umbrellas for you to use while your stay complimentary. This was the best hotel we stayed during our trip in Japan

Nothing, everything was great for us

A lovely hotel with beautiful rooms in the heart of Hiroshima. Everything is in walking distance. Only ten minutes to the peace memorial, the museum and the pond to take the boat for Miyajima. The central market with nice restaurants was 10 mins. And if you want to try the Hiroshimas Okonomiyaki, the Okonomiyaki-mura is 10-12 mins (the building with the traditional Okonomiyaki restaurants). The breakfast was delicious with a lot of choices. We had a great city view from our window. We took the bus from Hiroshima station and the bus stop was across the hotel. We enjoy our stay. I recommend that hotel with all my heart.

It’s a nice, modern looking hotel, but really feels like it has more old school decent service from the staff. Everyone was very polite and helpful. The room was still small, but larger than any other on our stay by comparison. The 25th floor restaurant has fantastic views, great breakfast spread and the happy hour with free drinks was really nice. Super close to the peace park, and equally close to key city areas for exploring and eating.

Nothing that I can recall! It’s worth maybe getting a taxi from the Shinkansen station if you have heavy luggage, it’s a bit of a walk and tram ride otherwise, but that’s no fault of the hotel obviously. We did this on the way out and it was much easier.

Staff were lovely. It's an old hotel with old charm but still very clean and we enjoyed a pleasant stay. Laundry was convenient and came with automatic detergent. Views from the room was sensational and complimentary snack time in the lounge was great for the kids. They loved the soft serve machine.

Rooms are typically small and tv was difficult to navigate. Room temperature couldn't be controlled so the room got unbelievably hot despite being winter. Couldn't open a window, so the room became very uncomfortable.
