At check-in, you are told you have complimentary breakfast because it's your first time. This is a flat out lie because it comes attached as a condition to participate in a timeshare presentation. I knew this ahead of time because of reviews, and having been a fraud investigator was wondering if reviewers were in the wrong. But no, there exists intentional trickery and deception, which is illegal. When i politely told them "no thank you, we aren't interested" we were immediately shown severe attitude and disdain. I would say it could have been expected if this were something I agreed to attend in exchange for a free stay or some other promotion, but I booked this as a straight rental through booking.com

we loved that it wasn’t on the strip but close enough to Uber if need be. we loved all the different pool options and the fact that south point is across the street. we usually have to be there for about a week with my sons basketball team and the kitchen helps save SO MUCH money.

I didn’t like that it’s a non smoking faculty and almost about every night when the AC kicked on, all I could smell was cigarettes. and I didn’t like how every time the people next to us left we heard the door open and slam not once but twice because of the outside door. other than that it was great.

The building location. As a visitor WITHOUT a vehicle, staying in a hotel building near the parking garage made no sense and that we had to walk far to go to any location. Would be fine if we were younger

Love everything own kitchen pullout sofa tube jets in the room double sink was beutiful my family was impressed and is truly a place to go away from the crowed and next door is south point has alot casino buffet restaurant and parking events bingo grandview was a good place very clean and very safe love it will be staying again and again, again.gonna be my spot to go to

Great location in reference to Southpoint. We were there for the NFR so we were able to walk back and forth quickly.

Check in is a hassle. They try to hussle you with "putting you in for prize drawings" which is actually them trying to get you to purchase a time share. You get all checked in then have to go to another line for your parking pass. Thats where they get you. Rooms definitely could have been cleaner. Found candy on the floor and a chunk of somone elses hair in the bed..twice.

I liked that there was a kitchen in the room, that there was a pullout couch. It was clean inside and out very friendly staff. The pools were awesome my kids loved it

I didn't like that when one of the tour guides took us to the buffet and stayed with us to eat, it felt really uncomfortable we didn't enjoy what the buffet had to offer at all. I felt like my whole family had to hurry up and eat to keep the tour going. Felt rushed and being a breastfeeding mother I didn't get full, was still hungry through out the tour.

Our team came for a tournament and I am the chaperone. We love the layout of the room and full kitchen! We save so much money in Vegas making all our food in our room! We did have a broken tv but called maintenance and they came to fix right away! There also were really dirty curtains (like with blood) but again we called and they came to clean so while there were issues they were all handled appropriately. It depends for your reason to be in Las Vegas but for our situation this hotel is the best.

The main pool by the BBQ was closed but we were still able to grill which was nice

I loved the size of the room! It definitely fit our needs and was very spacious. We especially loved the washer/dryer option. It was a home away from home.

It sucked that the pools were closed, but it was only due to the raining and thunderstorms. I'd love to check it out next time we stay here!
