Most of the staff were very nice, welcoming & helpful. Breakfast was decent for it to be complementary. Great location with other food options and stores nearby.

At check-in the lady didn’t confirm the full details of my stay and ended up overcharging me (charging me for additional days). i was refunded at checkout though so it worked out . Also the room temperature of the rooms was hard to control , the air conditioning wouldn’t turn off but the young lady at the desk didn’t hesitate to change our room.

Hotel was great. You could def tell that it was understaffed for the amount of people staying there. Even being understaffed the people working were very friendly. The elevators were dirty, but it was right by the swimming pools. The trash was overflowing every day. These things were not bad to me....understandable when there is only a few people working, They were doing the best they could with what they had to work with. Our room was wonderful and very comfortable. It is in a great location and we really overall enjoyed our stay. Holiday Inn Corporate or owner needs to step up and get some people working, because those good people working and keeping your doors open will go somewhere else. I know I would. I might also mention that the staff never mentioned being short people, it was just an observation. It is a great place to stay and I would recommend. I felt safe, and the area is nice.

Bed was very comfortable. Shower was really nice. Room overall was spacious!

When we first checked in, our room 303 smelled like mold and cigarettes. It was horrible. They gave us another room, 407. It was really clean. However, there was no hand soap, and only one bath towel. My wife was ironing her blouse and it burnt a hole through it. The setting on iron was low. We informed the lady at front desk and she apologized and said she will refund our room. We are waiting for refund. Also, pool was dirty. Breakfast was really good and the 2 lady's accommodating the breakfast area were very friendly and made sure food didn't run out.

got there at 2;56 desk lady said rooms were not ready she was waiting on housekeeping for rm info. after 3:13. I went to desk and after standing fir a minute I had to ask lady if rooms were ready ( as I had a function to hurry and attend). she said no maids had not given her info. very unemotional ,not accommodating or friendly at all. very very disappointed. I have never been unwelcomed and put off like that before. so we left. came back at 9:00 and same desk clerk was a different person happy helpful and glad to see us back. wow!!!!

The bathroom was above my expectations. It had a shower that was wonderful with new modern fixtures and a glass door that was on tracts and way more quality than is seen in most motels. The lavatory fixtures were also very up to date and unusual for a motel. The bed was comfortable.

The hotel is located back from the highway and is not easily seen from the road and is somewhat difficult to get too since it requires driving into and past another hotel if you miss the turn off on the highway.

I loved the location because it was an easy access to highway 80 West. I used highway 80 West to drive into the city of Dallas. The receptionist was polite on arrival. The receptionist (Jasmine) was polite on our departure. My husband enjoyed the breakfast.

It was noises after 10 p.m. on Friday. The toilet began to clog on Saturday morning.

Decorations were nice, and bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean.

We come to this type of hotel while traveling as the free hot breakfast is a plus. We are typically in a rush to hit the road. Most open at 6am but this one does not open until 7. We waited but the lady then told us she was running late and it would be 7:15. We left. They should also repair the sewage pipe leak on the 4th floor ceiling ASAP. Very gross and unsanitary.

The breakfast was scrumptious. A wide variety of hot and cold foods. Only issue was that, given the number of people trying to eat breakfast, the serving trays were to small to hold enough food. Specifically, the serving tray only held eight biscuits. Those ran out in 10 seconds and we had to wait 10-15 minutes for more to be made. Besides that, the scrambled eggs were hard and tasteless -- but I'm used to that; no one knows how to make good eggs, LOL.

The fold-out sofa bed in the room was pretty uncomfortable. Everything else was fine. Very clean.

Very clean room and lobby. Good breakfast with protein, variety of options for all ages. Well lit parking, entrances, and hallways. Rooms were very nice with new everything! Was quiet and easy to sleep.

VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND AT NIGHT!! Located at the back of a very congested area near highway. The GPS and google maps send you the wrong way also. Even the desk clerk admitted this was a common problem. The sign at the one tiny entrance was too easy to miss...very small and barely noticeable amongst all the fast food and gas stations!

Super nice spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Nice and quiet and was able to make the room almost completely dark for sleeping. AC worked perfectly and was quiet. Nice desk and chair for work. Great free breakfast and friendly staff. All good with no issues.

Nothing could have been better.
