Great location right on Lake Ray Hubbard. Excellent Fitness Center. Mini fridge had a freezer compartment. Lots of restaurants within a few minutes walk.

Property appears to be very new & there may be some startup issues... One bedside reading lamp was missing & the other would not turn on. No ice machine on the 2nd floor. When I checked in, was given room 103. When I let myself in, there was a pest control technician treating the room! Needless to say, I asked to change rooms. Not what a guest wants to walk in on. Construction on the interstate right in front of the property makes this hotel difficult to get to. Good thing you can walk to restaurants because once you arrive, you don't want to drive anywhere until you checkout.

check-in person was not particularly friendly, no smiles, no welcome. he told me my room # that was it. no directions to the room, nor the location of the elevator I’d never been to this hotel before so I didn’t know where the room was nor the elevator so I had to ask which way to the elevator. he didn’t seem like he wanted to help. it just makes a guest feel unwelcome. one more small thing to say— there was no coffee cups in the room, the thin clear plastic cups provided were useless for hot coffee. didn’t want to burn my fingers. so couldn’t make coffee.

It was close to my destinations for the weekend, and allowed me to travel quickly back and forth without stress.

The original room I booked wasn't accessible due to a minor technicality and when I needed extra linens for the pull out couch bed none were available. Other than that everything was okay.

There was water on the floor from the fridge as soon as I walked in. Mosquitoes on the car overnight. The entrance (sidewalk and immediate driveway) should be swept, etc. Walking from the parking lot it was very dirty.

I think that location of garland in general is a bit isolated but it was close to where I needed to be which was in the same parking lot.

I get that it’s free breakfast but the meet that was supposed to fill me and fuel me did not, I was hungry 2 hours later.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the water pressure was great. The room was very clean, and I loved having a ceiling fan over the bed.

Lighting was not great, and there were no towel hooks or bars in the bathroom. Shower floor was slick; needed something for traction.

The rooms cost more for a lake view, but the view isn’t that great, just barely can see the lake, and rooms should be price of other rooms to be honest. Staff is not very welcoming, except for one front desk person we saw a few times, all other associates seem to have a very dry, stand- off ish demeanor

The best thing about our stay was interacting with the staff. They were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and we rested very well. We had picked the location according to our activities and it worked out to be very convenient for us. Loved the breakfast and the variety of choices provided. One of the best complimentary ones we have ever had before. Good job everyone and especially Alex and Tameka!!

ha ha if I had to find a negative the 2nd floor bottom in the elevator is hard to push but they tell you that so I have NO negative! great facilities and super clean!!
