Nice location and the cleanliness of the property.

Pool wasn’t open.

Great location right on Lake Ray Hubbard. Excellent Fitness Center. Mini fridge had a freezer compartment. Lots of restaurants within a few minutes walk.

Property appears to be very new & there may be some startup issues... One bedside reading lamp was missing & the other would not turn on. No ice machine on the 2nd floor. When I checked in, was given room 103. When I let myself in, there was a pest control technician treating the room! Needless to say, I asked to change rooms. Not what a guest wants to walk in on. Construction on the interstate right in front of the property makes this hotel difficult to get to. Good thing you can walk to restaurants because once you arrive, you don't want to drive anywhere until you checkout.

The breakfast was very fresh and delicious! The room was very spacious!

The furniture had stains on it. The light over the desk was barely hanging in the ceiling. We also had to locate the plug in for one of the lights just to get it turned off because the switch did not work. We could hear water running through the walls.

check-in person was not particularly friendly, no smiles, no welcome. he told me my room # that was it. no directions to the room, nor the location of the elevator I’d never been to this hotel before so I didn’t know where the room was nor the elevator so I had to ask which way to the elevator. he didn’t seem like he wanted to help. it just makes a guest feel unwelcome. one more small thing to say— there was no coffee cups in the room, the thin clear plastic cups provided were useless for hot coffee. didn’t want to burn my fingers. so couldn’t make coffee.

Everyone was nice

Housekeeping was not the best .The bare minimum was done. Only towel swaps, no cleaning of the sink or shower, etc .No vacuuming or sweeping done.

It was close to my destinations for the weekend, and allowed me to travel quickly back and forth without stress.

The original room I booked wasn't accessible due to a minor technicality and when I needed extra linens for the pull out couch bed none were available. Other than that everything was okay.

I liked the staff and how clean it was.

On Booking.com it stated there was a balcony with this room but there are none on the property. This is Booking.coms fault for false advertising.

The room was beautiful. However, the headboard to the bed was becoming separated from the wall. And the curtains were dirty. Other than that…I loved the staff…very friendly.

The view from room!!! The bed was awesome!!! Worth every cent!!!!

There was water on the floor from the fridge as soon as I walked in. Mosquitoes on the car overnight. The entrance (sidewalk and immediate driveway) should be swept, etc. Walking from the parking lot it was very dirty.

The staff was very nice. We had terrible weather during our stay. Staff was helpful in keeping us safe during the storms.

The facility is aging, but was clean and well kept.
