The hotel has many endearing qualities, among which we count first and foremost the good quality of the bed. The room was spacious and well furnished. The hotel has a great concept regarding details, be they practical or simply convenient/comfortable. For example, this is the only hotel we have found which provides an elevated spot for two suitcases next to each other in a two person room. This has been really useful and we are big fans of this. Other hotels, take note! It is just common sense: Two People = Two Suitcases 🙂 The hotel has a big parking lot, with free parking for the duration of your stay. This makes traveling there by car so much easier, since there is no hassle with finding a parking spot nearby. The breakfast offers a wide variety of different tasty food, and the breakfast hall is kept in a modern and lofty style, the same as the rest of the hotel. A great focus is also put on sustainability by the hotel which is very important to us.

Check-in, lobby, and restaurant are nice. The beds are nice-ish (actually, for Scandinavia, they're decent). Everything worked and was kept very clean. Sheets and towels were fresh and pleasant.

Bathroom was very basic in both rooms we booked. The bathroom is a kind of toilet / shower combo area, which seems to be pretty common in Scandinavia. Just something to be aware of.

This is a big hotel with ample parking. It is a bit further from city centre but well within walking distance (20-25 min). Quiet area, but easily reached from main roads. Good service, comfortable room and beds, nice buffet breakfast. We had a fabulous "mussels and fries" on one of the terraces in town.

Nothing, we used it as a stopover only.

Great spread of food for breakfast, with drink/juice selection to match. Rooms were good and reception staff very helpful. Large selection to choose from at the bar.

Eggs were occasionally cold at breakfast.

I loved the complete decoration of the hotel. Th room was fantastic. Friendly staff. They have the best buffet breakfast ever.

No changing cabin at the swimming pool and no towels you'll have to bring your own.

Sauna was pretty cold without possibility for adding water, and the pool was cold.

A hotel holding a high profile and price level shall have air condition whicj they didn't have. The restaurant only served summer buffe (in corona times), npthing else to eat (could at least been possible to buy a sandwich).
