1. hotel staff is nice, friendly and professional, especially the one who welcomed us when we arrived (apologized, I don’t know his name). 2. I love the design and decoration of the hotel, which filled with pictures, drawings of Skagen, even the naming of each room is interesting. it made me feel the owner of the hotel loves the local cultures and so do we. 3. room is clean and comfortable 4. we love the breakfast in the hotel. 5. we rented bicycles in the hotel and the day spent with the bicycles is fantastic.

The staff were very accomodating and the included breakfast had a lot of different options that were all well prepared. You were served coffee at the table. The hotel is right next to the train station and most sights and good restaurants are within a short walking distance. All in all highly recommendable.

Only thing that wasn't up to par was the bed which consisted of two singles that would slip apart quite easily. This was fixed by placing a chair between the bed and the wall. So not a huge issue.

The hotel, room and breakfast were amazing. Location was great. People were very nice, but had no idea what business they were in. The front desk lady did not know of any restaurants that were open after 17:00. They said the Hotel Restaurant was all booked, but only 3 tables were occupied when we left to go elsewhere and 5 were occupied when we returned. The front desk lady could not recommend anything or anywhere. Blank stares all around. Same with the other staff. It was hilarious. We found a restaurant via Google - Restaurants near me that is open. Much more helpful.

The location was excellent right at the center of Skagen town. The breakfast was very good and the hotel was quiet so we got a good nights sleep. In general the room was nice and everything worked, so we are happy about our stay and I would consider staying here again. But it was also not one of those memorable stays which you have to come back to.

The bathroom was a bit old-fashioned with just a curtain separating the shower from the rest, so that you had to mop the floor every time you showered. The hotel parking is very narrow so difficult with a medium-sized car, but I guess we were lucky to get parking in a protected lot right in the center of Skagen.

Great place to stay in Skagen. The rooms were larger than most throughout our Denmark holiday. Clean and neat. The breakfast was exceptional. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was close to restaurants, shopping strip and only a short walk to the beach. Would highly recommend this to others.

Nice room, good breakfasts and a very friendly staff

Shower is a bit old-fashioned as a curtain doesn’t really help not to get tons of water in the rest of the bathroom after taking a shower.

The breakfast was the high point - one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. The bed was very comfortable.

I felt that the sitting area with the TV in the room could have been more comfortable as the chairs were hard backed. A comfy sofa would have been nice.

Nice bed, nice size room, good distance to center, clean and very nice breakfast.

Staff were not very hospitable (both dinner and breakfast). People smoking outside the room (above reception) made the room smell, but windows closed wasn't an option as the room somehow got extremely hot (and not because of sun). The hallways were hot so maybe there's heaters on somewhere?

Breakfast was perfect, we also had dinner in the restaurant and that was also quite good. The location was perfect but what struck us most was the friendliness of the personnel, as well at the desk as in the restaurant.

The bathroom was so small and really needs an upgrade. Since we mostly travel for work the lack of a simple writing table was a pity.
