Location is great. They offer a taxi service to go to the airport for $16. They offered to charge that to my credit card which is great because I didn’t have cash. Breakfast is delicious and with plenty of options.

I was trying to check out and get a taxi service and the receptionist was taking a phone call and didn't even say "wait a minute" or anything. He continued with his call (another man who was waiting for him also left) and minutes later I called someone behind a door and another man came out and helped me in the best way. Besides that, everything perfect.

The hotel was clean, the beds was comfortable, the food was good and it’s at a good location of being right by the airport when you stayed the night to fly the next day. The employees were good especially they speak both English and Spanish but they also showed good customer service.

My only complaint is the cost being expensive but I’m kind of a cheapskate and it’s totally understandable for the hotel being close by the airport. Also, the elevator going up where you put your keycard didn’t made sense as it took multiple tries to get it to work for me going up to my floor.

Website said there was an airport shuttle. But no...you must pay $10 for a taxi to take you a very short distance. Not a deal breaker, but wish I knew ahead of time.

Stuff was very nice specially guys from restaraunt very helpful and polite. Breakfast was rich and tasty. Rooms very clean and tidy.

Receptionist Mr. Calderon calling me "my friend". I used to work in a five star hotels and if you want to keep professional approach and leave good impression you dont call your guest "my friend". Thats the only minus all other things are perfect.

good location to airport for a 2am pick up to airport

they don’t do a pre ordered breakfast box if you leave early so you lay for breakfast which you can’t use, as it’s an airport hotel you would expect to be able to order this service. i.e juice, bread wills and butter, or croissant. things which can be prepped the night before and left st reception to collect. (easy to do this, things can be bight individually sealed). also main motorway is too noisy, we are there for work and leisure all the time so next time we will have to ask for a room at the back of the hotel.

Definitely the nearest good hotel facility close to the airport. Rooms are small but beds are very comfortable. The rooftop swimming pool is a plus. Breakfast is included and convenient. Highly recomendable when you have to stay overnight in transit between flights.

Quality and variety of food proposed at the restaurant of the hotel is quite below standards considering the is a Hilton facility. Really deserves an improvement. There is absolutely no other restaurant option within walking distance.

The food options were great and tasty, the staff was beyond friendly and kind, the attention was awesome and the rooms were exactly what you need after a long day of traveling. The Hurricane Fiona was hitting the country and the staff made us all feel safe and positive. Karina the women who worked the reception was amazing, she was the reason why we also liked our stay so much, she was funny, kind and attentive, a true example of what exceptional service should be like.

That I couldn’t stay longer.

This was my third time staying there for connecting flights the next day, the hotel is very convenient if you want to be close to the airport, ALL the staff was nice and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable

Food could definitely have been better, Both dinner and breakfast were rather disappointing, but everything else was so friendly, nice and convenient, that I would definitely stay there again

This might not be on the hotel, but they gave permission. The quality of the taxi car... all lights on the dash were ON, which means we were not too safe ...right? The good part was we were not too far from the airport

This hotel is my future second home 😀. Clean rooms, top notch gym with weight rack, luxury rooftop pool. Coming from USA, land of the Hampton Inn, I didn’t have high expectations based on the mediocrity of the chain there in general. But this location is so much more. The staff behaves like a 5 star hotel. Security and cleanliness are the highlights. I’ll be back !
