The restaurant area is spacious with delicious food to eat. You can have meals all day long. Between the main ones, you can have burger and fries at the pool bars. From the hotel you get straight to the beach. During weekends can get sickly crowded but during the week is mostly clean and gorgeous

There was a construction next to the hotel and we experienced terrible noise from our room

all went very well! one complaint..i have to wait until midnight to go to sleep as the entertainment which seem like it was for the elderly was just outside my room and the music was extremely loud! i will definitely come back but not to that wing of the hotel. If the entertainment (show) which is excellent, is necessary, by all means "show must go on" i just need to be on the other side, so i can go to sleep..the food and service to by far the best! thank for a great time..be back soon

yess place need upgrade and maintenance, owner or company need spend little money, if you respect yourself you have to taker your business

Location was great also pool, food, staff was excellent

The front lobby desk it seemed were not informed enough could use improvement with better training also the housekeeping could use improvement due to bath towels removed from room and not replaced I had to go to front lobby desk and request bath towels twice only after my 2nd visit to front desk I received towels in a timely manner.

The food was very good in the buffet area but when we tried to had dinner a la carte 2 night friday and saturday it was a disaster. Friday we were supposed an italian dinner and the food was very bad nothing to see with italian food and the day after it was mexican night but we had to wait more than one hour without receiving any food and then we left because we were tired to wait. If they want to offer this service they have to improve it definitively.

All went well. I liked the scheduled breakfast Lunch and Supper. I liked the fact if I miss any of the preset meal time, there is always the snack bar I can rely on. I liked the off the beach rinsing stations.

I did not like the flatness of the soap. I could hardly hold it in my hand. I wish they offered a washcloth that I like to use to scrub my body throughout.

We only stayed for 2 nights, totally unplanned within our trip, but for this length of time it was superb. we booked the sea view room, which was fairly big with two large beds where we could easily fit 2 adults and 2 kids. yes, as someone noted, the facilities are a bit outdated, but it was completely fine and reasonable. nothing could compete with the price. we booked literally last second and paid 100 usd/night for a room (=4 people). we needed urgent medical attention for our son who got sick and could visit the doctor who was working in the hotel and helped us despite some insurance issues. food was also fairly good for the price, i could choose even as a vegetarian, there were always plenty of fresh fruits and veggies on the offer.

don’t expect any quality drinks on the bar. the walls of the rooms are paper thin, you can literally hear every whisper next door. we were quite unlucky that the couple next door got intimate the first night and we could hear every single detail of their night. i wouldn’t want to probably stay here for the whole vacation but for the two nights it was a perfect break in otherwise busy travel plan.

food, facilities and the beach

At checkin they demanded to be paid in cash or with the exact physical card that was used for the booking. They refused to charge the card on file and asked for the physical card or cash. I booked the vacation as a present for my parents and they didn’t have my card with them and hotel refused to charge me nor cancel the booking saying they will CHARGE the penalty. Why you can charge the penalty and not the actual stay? After 3 hours we had to get cash and pay as is. Rather than that it was great.

The room location was very good, close to everything. The food is very good and varied. The beach was steps away from the hotel and was kept in excellent condition.

The evening shows should be more varied. The daily charge for the use of the safety box at room plus the payment of a deposit for its use.

The facilities, location right by the beach, kindness of staff, especially at the pool area, bars, ,restaurants, gardeners, the security guardians at the beach, the man that helped us carrying the luggage and setting the safe box in the room. Amazing staff.

So many people that were not part of the hotel but were harassing to sell things, like souvenirs and tours. At the reception there werent enough people attending clients, so the process at the desk was slow, and there were lines of clients waiting.
