Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The food was delicious and fresh at all the restaurants. Everyone was very nice and welcoming, especially our porter Juan. The massages were so good we went twice over 4 days. The resort had a great vibe overall.

Our last dinner at SBG was the only let down. They were out of Rose by the glass but the waiter did not tell me, he just substituted with Chardonnay. He also forgot our food, we waited an hour for our appetizers and the wagyu foie gras sushi came out dry, with the rice falling apart like it had been left too long outside... that was the only part of our experience that we didn't like. The other restaurants were great, especially Causas.

We loved the landscaping, the marina, the restaurants, the bar, the golf cart, the stables with amazing horses, the nice houses on the property, the beach and wonderful pools. We wanted to stay longer.

In spite of the high hotel price, one gets the impression that staff are very poorly paid. Check-in counter staff is not very welcoming, particularly when dealing with Spanish speakers. Everything in Casa de Campo is expensive.

Everything was excellent!! All the services in general, Casa De Campo is my next vacation destination pretty soon, & I'll go with my whole family this time. We can't wait!!!

Golf cart location of hotel

We were treated cold and clinical - we did not feel welcomed!!! From parking our vehicle, testing for covid to checking in!!! We booked and paid for the All Inclusive option but at check-in we got a list of drinks and restaurants not inclusive 😲 Won't go back to the hotel but will look for other options in Casa de Campo !!!!

Staff was so polite and efficient. The place is huge but we had a golf cart! The Marina, Altos de Chavon and Minitas Beach were amazing places, we had dinner at Causa and lunch at Minitas and then we relaxed in the adults only infinity pool. It was a short but wonderful stay, we got to eat delicious food and we enjoyed a lot.

We stayed here with my husband for two days. The Casa de Campo area is great. There is nice beach. We loved the Marina area and the restaurants there. Altis de Chavon is a 10-15 min ride on a car or golf cart and we spent half a day strolling there.

There is construction in front of the hotel and it’s noisy during the day. The internet is not good, which was surprising for such property.

The resort is very special in the way its designed and attended to, very clean ans very comfortable, very trendy with the Marina and all the villas and restaurants. It has great facilities and looks. The contrasts between La Romana, where you eat street food for 3 USD and then pay 4 times more for a drink within the hotel, is very viable and obvious in this place

the bed was quite hard and bedding pretty heavy. we got a room with connecting room doors, so it was quite noisy from the neighbours room

A rather unique resort, spread out over what must be about 30 acres, including a marina that is a passable replica of Portofino, a beach, a village on a hilltop, and several golf courses. The grounds are so vast you are given a golf cart to move around. This place strikes the right balance between a resort where everything is taken care of and real contact with the territory and its nature. A taste of true luxury, the understated kind that is harder to find nowadays and doesn't need to scream with golden fixtures and exotically-shaped pools.

The stability of the Wi-Fi connection is perfectly fine for personal use, but can get frustrating if you need to be in long calls for work as I was.

Exceptional service from the driver at the airport to the hotel to the check-in staff to the maid service to the restaurant service to the level of detail, I could go on and on! Perfection at its finest!

Absolutely gorgeous and surreal place. The resort is a city on its own and they’ll give you a small golf cart to go around. rooms are very wide and comfortable and you have hundreds of different activities to choose. definitely worth a visit on its own!
