The location is great. It is close to everything. The staffs are very helpful. Room is clean with very comfy bed. Wifi has bit issue, some time is not working.

The door has a big gap at the bottom. I saw ants in my room and a little gecko on my bed. I have to spray "bug-off" around my bed and door.

The lobby was nicely decorated and the pool was really nice. The pool fountain was not on during our stay which I normally would not note but it is on their cover photo. They offered separate pool towels for the pool and bathroom right off the room. Good size room. Overall I thought it was a good value for the money. .

There only seemed to be one place to plug in anything in the room. The beds were ok but not great. No refrigerator in the room but you could use the community refrigerator in the communal kitchen.

Good location, Good services provided by the ladies of the reception. They are really helpful. Enjoy the stay with the Hostal.

Breakfast is Ok, however, it will be perfect if can prepare more choices.

Location was good, the room was very simple (price was low), WiFi was good, breakfast was basic, and personnel was very helpful, more than I expected.

Mrs. Abigail (front desk person) was awesome. Very friendly and informative. Loved this hostal.

Nice night rooms, good breakfast, little pool and the location was perfect.

Good location, close to everything

No elevators having to walk up 4 flight of stairs. I spilled tea at night in my room and had to use a towel to clean it up. I was told I would be charged, crazy what was I going to do, fall. Then they said I had to take it to the laundry. I declined was leaving. Accidents happen, so if one stains the sheets you have to pay, crazy.

The room got cleaned very thoroughly every day and the location was perfect!

The wifi was absolute garbage, even for galapagos. It didn't work in the room and was basically non existent in the lobby. It was obviously a family hotel with ALOT of kids. The staff didn't speak much English.

Staff was very nice and the view from the upper terrace was very expansive. Good breakfast!

Window looked out onto service entrance hallway and had to turn off toilet water after each flush.

Nice hostel (around average) with all the commodities : shower with hot water, air conditioning, tv and a lot of space in the room. The establishment has a private pool and a nice social area. You can fill your bottle with water at anytime (useful before trekking or boat excursions). The breakfast is modest but satisfying. The coffee is good (which is rare for the hostels). The service was kind and helpful at any time, although if you want to book a ferry or a trip, it’s better to go outside and book it on your own. At the España Hostel they charge you an extra fee apart from a higher price than two blocks away (i.e. the round trip to Isabela island with the hotel costed 85 usd whereas in other places is 60 usd).
