Room was well appointed, facilities good. Especially liked the pump bottles of Hand Soap, Shower Gel, Shampoo and Conditioner Location of the Flamingo Hotel is really central, 2 minutes walk from room to restaurants. . Breakfast was lovely, fresh fruit, choice of Cereals, juices, Eggs, Ham, Cheese Toast etc. We didn't go hungry. Our thanks to Pablo who was great and pointed us in the right direction for anything we needed and offered sage advice about trips. He also gave us top tips on the harbour at night. Thank you so much.

Bathroom was a bit dated but functional, otherwise everything was great.

Everything was perfect. Location is very convenient. Room is good enough and staff is very helpful. Pablo helped us a lot and explained and showed everything. We want to thank him for the excellent service. Room was big and clean. Breakfast was very good and tasty.

View from our room was just a neighbors wall. Wifi is starlink and is working bad if cloudy. Take this into account because it is usually cloudy at evening.

Breakfast, beautiful fruits, island cheese and yogurt, yucca y plantain, eggs made to order each morning, good coffee, daily juice. Location is very good.

More hooks for hanging clothes in the bathroom and in the room would be very helpful. It was also very nice to have two towels in the room at the beginning of the stay ... I missed the second towel later in the week.

The room was a bit noisy on the road but I think it was unusual and was related to a local celebration on Friday night with people across the island coming to celebrate in Puerto ayora till 2 am.

Amazing location - in the very centre, next to all relevant dive and tour shops, restaurants, bars, cafes. Very close to the pier. Great breakfast (amazing fresh fruits) Very friendly staff Extremely clean room and great room service Room on 1st floor very quiet (except Saturday night - very loud night club in the area)

Noisy Saturday night

Clean, friendly family-run business. Helpful staff, excellent breakfast that each day commenced with a plate of fresh fruit. Property is located within easy walking distance of restaurants, bars, a good supermarket and other shops.

The breakfast on the roof was prepared to order and had a wide choice of foods. The staff was personable and attentive.

There was a noisy bar across the street on Friday and Saturday nights. But the stay was so good in other ways that it was worth putting up with.

The hotel was modern and clean and in a great location, a short walk to everything, the staff were really friendly and helpful! The roof terrace was nice for breakfast

possibility to use the tub, but without the tap. Using only the shower head takes time. anyway, you are in the Galapagos, save the water.

Large and comfortable room. Very clean and tidy. Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall good value for money, a lot better than another accommodation I have stayed in Santa Cruz. Highly recommended.
