My wife and I live in Quito and we wanted to stay at a really nice hotel to celebrate my birthday for two nights. I reserved the King Suite with a jacuzzi on the balcony and we had a fabulous time at GO Quito Hotel. The hotel itself is gorgeous and everything is first-class. All of the staff at the hotel were incredible and they could not have been more courteous and helpful. Our room was on the 16th floor and was beyond beautiful with a huge big-screen TV, a large safe to keep valuables, refrigerator and coffee maker. I really liked that instead of providing coffee pods for the coffee maker like every other hotel, there was a jar of ground coffee provided. The best part of our room however was the jacuzzi. My wife and I used it each morning before we went to breakfast and each night before going to bed. There's nothing quite like sitting in a jacuzzi at night with a view of the city lights below and each morning while we were at breakfast someone from the hotel drained, cleaned and refilled the jacuzzi. My wife and I even used the hotel gym on our 2nd morning and all of the equipment was first-rate. The location of the hotel was excellent and my wife and I enjoyed exploring the city during our stay.

There was absolutely nothing that I didn't like.

This is a fabulous hotel. Polished off, modern, clean, classy. Best breakfast I’ve ever had in any hotel anywhere - dining at its finest. With a crazy view over the mountains and Quito. The staff are all incredible. Super friendly and helpful. Nice gym! This place is a class act. Could teach big brand American hotels a few things. Well done Go Quito!!

Absolutely nothing. Oh. Maybe one more bench for the gym. That’s it!

The facilities, including the pool and sauna were so relaxing and silent, the room was spacious and comfy with a great view. The view from the rooftop was breathtaking and the breakfast had plenty options available from traditional to international food.

The TV didn't have access to Netflix or other streaming services or apps and slippers were not available in the room.

The reception was inviting and nicely decorated. We enjoyed a good breakfast with a pleasant neighborhood view. Our room was spacious, well-decorated, and had a lovely window seat. The bathroom was also spacious and well-equipped. Additionally, we appreciated the domotic lighting in the room. The staff was polite, friendly, and helpful.

The hotel is new. I liked everything from up the list, location and cleanliness, down to the WiFi. Recommend for all types of travellers. Many services around the hotel and with a walkable distance. Definitely will stay again next time. Thanks for the admiration of the hotel. Alexander

Mauricio and the Valets plus the entire front desk were above and beyond the best staff i have seen in a hotel. the room views and the restaurant were excellent.

The reception was too slow for check in and yes its expensive than the JW Marriott where i usually stay.

Clean, new, modern and very close to everything

Everything was great
