We loved our stay here. The service in the hotel was outstanding. The car service was very reliable and easy to use. Jonathan at the front desk was so helpful. Our waiter Henry at the hotel lobby resturant greeted us every night and was excellent. The cafe server remembered our order every morning when we stopped by for coffee. It was one of the best hotel stays I have had in a long time. Five star service and affordable. They went over and above to make sure we had a great week.

I really loved this hotel. Everything was done well, the staff were friendly and helpful and the food great, but I think it is the huge bunches of roses and gorgeous art that gives it a great ambience. I felt really comfortable and at home, which is not always the case with top end hotels, which can feel a bit cold sometimes.

It's only a little thing, but I wanted a simple directory of the hotel. I felt the QR code version didn't give a good overview.

My stay here was amazing. The hotel staff were very friendly, forthcoming, and extremely helpful. As I was traveling alone they supported me with planning and executing daily activities in and outside of the hotel. They made sure I stayed safe and advised me on what to be aware of while walking alone in the city. I also enjoyed the choice of various restaurants for lunch and dinner ranging from local food to sushi to American / European food. The facilities were exceptional (large room and bathroom, comfortable bed, beautiful outdoor pool area, spa, large fitness with many machines, weights, mats, etc., restaurants, large entry lounge with a pianist in the evening,..). Thus, it is possible to happily spend the entire day in the hotel facilities. All in all the hotel exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

The hotel is (in my opinion) not in the best location as it is a bit further away from the historical city center. However, one can reach the city center very quickly by taxi (5-10 minutes). And it is not as noisy as in the city center.

The breakfast is a buffet and wonderful. The room was great especially the one we had with Executive package and balcony I would recommend the extra to have such a room and access to the Executive area which is a lovely place to sit and have a coffee or glass of wine The views of Quito are wonderful

There was nothing we didn't like although I would caution walking around outside with backpackson view and phones and money easily available Care is needed when out and about in Quito

The look and feel of the hotel was lovely. The sushi bar served some of the best sushi I've ever eaten and all of the staff were so helpful and friendly - especially at the spa and also one of the security guards. Location wasn't that great for a short explore on foot, but the grounds were fabulous. Liked the fact that the shopping centre was on-site and not over-priced.

Location not ideal, but fine if you don't plan to explore locally on foot.

Beautiful hotel with huge lobby, spacious & comfortable rooms. Greeted with a glass of bubbles. Front desk & concierge staff extremely helpful. Helped me organise a little birthday surprise in the room for my friend since we arrived on her birthday. Also had lost luggage they were happy to accept from the airline they took care of as it was delivered. Close to nice restaurants in town.

Just a watch out that taxis they organise from the hotel are much more expensive than yellow taxis eg $25 to there from airport but $40 via their private transfer. No response to messages on Booking.com but the reception staff were excellent when I emailed them.

Amazing property, great value.

Unfortunately I left some of my clothes in the closet. Despitw multiple emails and several calls and their agreement to pack the items in a box so that I can arrange to have a courier pick them up at my expense, they have gone silwnt. Although this was caused by my own stupidity, I expected much more from JW Marriott.

Breakfast was amazing, facilities and amenities in the hotel exceeded our expectations

Few more vegetarian meals in the hotel restaurants would have been nice

All restaurants are excellent.

More shaded area at breakfast in the outdoor area would have been great! I've had a melanoma and don't sit in direct sunlight. Having an enlarged covered area (A few seats were shaded, but very few!) would been so helpful for clients like me!

Very clean, comfortable beds, very good amenities. Super friendly and very helpful staff who went out of their way to help us when we needed a doctor for our young granddaughter. Highly competent and efficient to support us, just lovely people, each and every one. Highly recommended for families with kids.
