I had a very pleasant stay at Swiss Inn Teda Hotel & Aqua Park. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Yomna and Islam, whose names I remember. Overall, the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The Aqua Park was great, and the kids enjoyed the dedicated children's pools. As for the beach, it’s not sandy, and I think allowing guests to drive to the beach in their own cars would make it more convenient. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I would be happy to return again!

One area that needs improvement is the service at the amusement park. The staff could use additional training on providing better guest service, and their number seems limited as each employee operates three rides, which puts extra pressure on them.

Exceptional place for families with kids who prefer the pool than the sea. The Dinosaur world is a fabulous place for kids to play at and the Candy World is magical. I wish I knew this place when my kids were still Young. It has all what you need if you have children and want them to enjoy their days in a fun and pleasant way. Really fabulous for families. And the fun park was included in the hall board fees, with many games to play for free! The beach is 20 min by a free bus that the hotel provides. Though the sand isn't suitable for play and the beach is full of pebbles, the water is very nice and we had a joyful swim. The staff is SUPER friendly and extremely keen to make our stay comfortable, pleasant, enjoyable and happy. BIG THANK YOU! The room were super large with everything working very well. In the evening they offer free shows to keep the families entertained!

That the beach was 20 minutes away by bus and that the sand wasn't suitable for play. The water in the bathroom wasn't totally clean. Needs maintenance.

Location

First, the check in was smooth. Mr. Abram in the reception was very welcoming and he generously upgraded our room size with a pool view upgrade and provided us with a free of charge extra bed. The room was spacious and clean. The aquapark was amazing and suits different ages. The animation team were active and always around. The food was good though seeing more options would be better. I would like to thank Chef Yahia for cooking yummy pasta. Teda Fun Valley and dinosaur world are a must try experience with kids. Thanks Teda staff.

I would recommend changing breakfast times as the buffet ends at 9:30 so pushing it to 10:30 would be preferable. The toilets by the aquapark need more care and supervision as they weren't in a good condition

Aqua Park was enjoyable and funny but was very shallow, it isn't suitable for adults The gym wasn't clean enough it was dusty I felt itchy at first night during the sleep, but the house keeper changed the bed sheets next day Food variety weren't enough in fruits in particular Fun valley staff weren't as nice as the ones that were in the hotel WiFi segnal wasn't strong enough at the room but satisfied at all

The food wasn't good

-Teda is a special hotel. -Teda is very comfortable in rooms and plus we can play all day. -Facilities are fantastic like Aqua Park and playing games cities behind the hotel. -There is no need to go out of the hotel. -The extra bed for free was added to the room and this was very generous from the hotel.

-The main restaurant needs to be more regular with more varieties in food type. -Some behaviours for few people from the pool bar staff can be better but generally the behaviour is accepted.

The rooms are clean. Aqua park is suitable for children and adults. Breakfast and dinner are tasty. Shuttle bus is available to the beach every 90 minutes. Working personnel are nice. 1000 daily bonus points for the fun valley (Dinosaur Park).

The beach is faraway, it takes 15 to 20 minutes to reach there. The pool is narrow as well, so it is not a good substitute for the beach. Drinks are very minimal in dinner. No extra drinking water in the rooms. The location is a little bit isolated with no surrounding attractions.
