The food was amazing! The pool was so cold and not heated we didn't enjoy it at all!

Nigh life was dull. The pool was not heated. No games on the beach.

- The location is exceptional , the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and decent. -The restaurant and the pool bar staff offering an excellent service. _The reception team were very helpful too and working all the time to meet the guest demand -The pool was very clean - the sea ♥️♥️

Food was excellent. The ambiance is also good. But the classic rooms- sea view (in the main building), which are supposed to be better and indeed are more expensive than the deluxe rooms are nothing to write home about. They are not good at all; at least the one I was given. They are old and the facilities are not working well. The deluxe rooms, garden view which are much cheaper, are more better with newer facilities. How can the more expensive rooms be worse off? This makes no good business logic or sense and is not fair at all to customers who pay more for comfort and better service.

The classic rooms -sea view need to be modernized. It's not value for money at all. I am very disappointed in the room I was given.

The views of the sea and mountains are amazing. The pool and lounge chairs are very comfortable and provided a comfortable place to relax. The poolside / seaside bar and restaurant were amazing. The staff was very helpful and kind.

The buffet did not offer very many vegetarian options, the salad area seemed a little mixed up and all over the place. Limited drink choices with dinner, just water actually. A vegetarian soup without meat broth or chunks of meat would have also been nice.

A lot of positives which I will try to list as follows: 1. Very comfortable rooms. 2. The Location of the resort is perfect with delicious cooked food for breakfast and dinner. 3. Family friendly games and musical events are organized every day. 4. Swimming and water sport possible both at pool and beach with life guard.

Some possible improvement could be for 1. The bathroom which can be renovated as the bathtub is a bit dated. Also, the hotel staff can be more diligent with answering calls on the intercom.

Receptionists were nice supported my early check in and semi-late check out Club car was always available to move my elder mother to the beach and back Beach was amazing and the hotel stuff are taking good care of its cleanliness Food at the beach was very tasty though overpriced

Breakfast food variety Room furniture is a bit outdated

The room was big with an ocean view, and I love that. Staff is beyond friendly. They will do everything to make you feel welcoming. They have so many types of food, meaning even picky eaters will find something they like for example my daughter lol. I loved everything, and to be quite honest I am not so easy to be pleased but this place and the staff are extraordinary. Tips: water activities and the spa is a must to go.

There is nothing I didn't like.

-Beach area and hotel gardens are the strong points of this property. -Beds are comfortable -Big shower

-Very loud music at the beach which makes it impossible to relax and enjoy the sea sounds. - Property very old and outdated.Needs a lot of renovation and attention to details -Food at breakfast is very average.Buffet dinner is spicy and has no taste.No fresh fruits (pieces) at breakfast. Food does not consider choices for international clients.

I'm truly grateful for the staff's kindness towards elderly individuals. Their compassion is greatly valued and I want to express my sincere thanks.

My mom had planned a surprise for my birthday in my room, but unfortunately, the receptionist burned the surprise due to carelessness (he informed me that my mom requested something so he needed to know which room would i stay ) I believe there could have been a more thoughtful way for him to handle the situation. (by asking simply to talk to my mom to ask a question)
