Little Food varieties, double standard for Egyptian and Foreign guests, Bad Juices quality.

Very intimate, cozy place. Big rooms.

Not everything was included in the price such as popcorn, ice cream and so on.

We liked the resort very much as it has a beautiful oceanfront, - Good snorkeling experience, - Large pool with a bar, and helpful staff. - The room was very comfortable and with a good view and landscapes. - Activities centers are within reach. *Mohamad the manager was professional and very helpful and they were kind enough to greet us with pineapple drinks and a cake for our honey moon.

The resort needs better management as the reception staff is inexperienced. The restaurant utensils were very dirty. The location is not in Marsa Alam but actually a 1-hour drive, and its in the middle of no-where.

The main reason for us coming here was the snorkelling, which on the whole was excellent. There were occasions when the sea was rough so you could only go in the shallows but every time we went in the water there was something new to see! I would also really recommend doing a boat trip (organised through the dive centre). The staff were very helpful and friendly. All in all a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The shops on site were a bit pricey and for a beach resort like this would benefit from selling decent sun protection! We will bring a lot more with us next time!

Clean Friendly staff Good food

At the end of a good stay and as I was checking out, they charged me LE 200 for a missing plastic door key which is basically worth Pennies. I spoke with the manager who said he can’t do anything about it, and the rules coming from above. I’m not sure who is the idiot in middle management who thought that making money on lost plastic door keys is a good strategy. This was my last memory of the place and I felt swindled. Don’t think will go back again.

i liked animation team and there activities reception staff and pool par staff are good and helpful

there is no diversification in food but still the quality of food is good i noticed some of staff has doubled standards when dealing with Egyptain and foreigners , the priority always for foreigners , i think that is not professional thing

All went.well

The room was stylish, big, clean and cozy. The staff were so helpful with high level of hospitality, they made our stay perfect starting from the luggage guy, reception, the bar/ pool staff and the Restaurant staff. they were proactive and smiling all the time. the beach and the 3 pools were so neat and lovely. The Animation team - Gigi was super nice and the kids loved him, and so are the girls .

The food varieties at both restaurant and bar were very limited and almost the same during our 3 nights stay, and so are the drinks. The animation team need to review their show materials considering that most of the audience are kids and some shows were bot proper for them. also I would prefer if they extended the kids show at night to be like 2-3 hrs as it was so short and during the dinner time so we missed it.

We loved super cool architecture of an almost newly built place. Special thanks and regards must go here for Mr. Ahmed Deco (the master waiter) who gave as an awesome service, attention and also gave as an excellent conversation. I find it awesome to be able to talk about ancient beauties of Egypt etc. with a hotel waiter :) The hotel is reliable at arranging taxis and outside-hotel services. The rooms felt still new and were AWESOME in every detail, especially the luxury seaviews apartments. Generally the pleace seemed very friendly, welcoming and for for a reasonable money paid.

The entertaining/animation team was below average. The shake and mixed drinks sucked as made from cheap rums in plastic etc. Overall the all-in included food and bevs felt shamelessly cheap and low quality (excluding the 3 main daily courses, which vere mostly very good and very rich). I missed a football pitch, too. The red flag was too easily on in the sea and the lifeguard was really strict on doing so, surely due to hotel policies.

Great stay! A facility whare you can do all activities with friends and family! Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, clean common areas and nice night shows!

We did our reservation through booking.com as an all inclusive reservation, necertheless we didnt have access to any alcoholic drinks; if we wanted, we beeded to py extra!
