A good hotel for that money. really friendly animation team, life guards, some bar tenders and some waiters. Beautiful coral reef right at the end of the pier.

We had some issue with one of the waiter who was extremely rude to us. We made a complaint and assistant general manager helped us a lot and tried to do his best to please us. we end up happy with his offer and he was really helpful.

Snorkelling in the sea in front of the hotel was very good. We saw countless types of coral and fish in the sea. We even saw a sea turtle once. We did not see any sharks. I would recommend this hotel to travellers who want to snorkel in the sea. Finally, room attendant Mr Ahmed did a perfect job and cleaned our room every day, thank you Mr Ahmed!

Rank #1 among the 5 resorts I have been in the red sea. The staff was excellent. The new manager, Mr. Reizian, even organized a drink to present his staff to guests which allowed us to discuss and to learn a lot from their point of view. Clean room, clean beach, nice to swimm. Saw delphins, turtles and all the type of coral fishes.

We spent an 18-day family vacation at the hotel. We were completely satisfied with the resort, overall cleanliness, excellent kitchen - great variety of meals. Beautiful, perfectly maintained pools. The staff is extremely helpful, smiling and hardworking. When we had a certain problem at the beginning, the reception staff calmly helped us solve everything. Absolute professionalism. A special thanks to barman Islam from the beach bar who is absolutely brilliant, extremely hardworking, funny and keeps the bar spotlessly clean!!! We love you Islam 😊 We would like to come back next year.

I really enjoyed my stay and I will definitely come back and would recommend! The staff is what made our stay exceptional especially a big thank you to: our housekeeper Ahmed Ebraheim for having done such an amazing job and for the adorable towels sculptures; Ahmed, Claire and Ibrahim from the animation team for having made the activities so much fun and for working so hard chef Yasser for having made all our meals so special; the receptionists Moustafa and Mahmoud for all the prompt help they have given us; and least but not last the beach-bar barman Amir for having made us smile so much!

I liked everything

We had a beachfront room with a wonderful view; the room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean; the sound proofing is also very good. The food variety and quality were OK; it could have been better though and the fish was not cooked well on two occasions. The beach is spacious and the sea experience is enjoyable for good swimmers who can snorkel or dive, as there is an extensive reef area to explore. However, when there is wind, water activities are not possible. Finally, although we are not pool people, we could see that the pools were quite good.

The beach is not suitable for someone who is not a good swimmer and not afraid of going into the deep. It is all reefs, with two tiny spots for people to dip in; only people who can swim and go into the deep can enjoy the sea that is accessible through a marina. The on-the-spot cooking station was not very good; the snacks offered to all-inclusive guests were quite limited. The Do No Disturb sign was absolutely useless as it kept falling! A weighted sign would be more useful.

I give a score of 8 for the very reasonable price of the all inclusive program. Another thing that can withstand the stricter criteria of a five-star hotel is the efforts of the staff and their friendliness. In other aspects, the hotel is lagging behind. The entire facility is outdated, this applies both to the main building, the dining room, the pools, and especially the rooms. The food was tasty but the selection was very limited compared to other resorts. Few fruits, a small selection of cheeses and salamis, the only certainty in the prepared meals was fish. The snorkeling pier was unnecessarily closed. Unfortunately, we would not return here unless there is a major renovation.

Unfortunately, the maximum effort of the employees cannot remove the fact that the hotel becomes just a cheap alternative to much better ones in the area.
