This is a great place to stay, and I can't recommend it highly enough. Spotlessly clean, in a very quiet and peaceful location. We would like to mention that every detail and every corner of the interiors and exteriors are built with love and perfect taste. The owners are very nice people with a gentle character of hospitality. The locally sourced breakfast was impeccable and the roof view was amazing. This may have been the first time we stayed here, but it certainly won't be the last!

The rooms look just like the pictures, everything is new. Shower was hot, A/C was cold, wifi is good, room was quiet. Good location for the Pyramids, Saqqara and Museums. Staff was nice and helpful, elevator works. The guesthouse offers meals and/or the staff will help you order delivery. It's in a prime location for when the Grand Egyptian Museum opens.

Location is in a residential neighborhood, you must take a car/taxi to go anywhere. There is a small convenience store across the street, and that's it.

This new little hotels is a gem...no pun intended. Huge delicious breakfast served with warm smiles. All staff members are so kind.. Mu, Ahmed, Alia, Talia..sorry if I am leaving anyone out because all were above and beyond. Our biggest challenge is that being a newer property some Uber drivers struggled to find it...Guest House staff got on the phone to help drivers find their way so problem solved! Fairly priced and nicely decorated, quiet for the most part.. busy road running by the GEM but traffic noise not nearly as loud as downtown Cairo. If you want to concentrate on the stunning new museum and Giza Pyramids this is a great spot. Oh, and the nice staff encourage staying hydrated with water at no extra charge.

There are dinner options available, but to be honest, expensive compared to other restaurants. We dined at the hotel our first evening and it was okay, just okay.

This beautiful new guest house is centrally located with the new Egyptian Museum just a stone’s throw away. I felt it is if excellent value and appreciated the owner’s continued efforts to expand the property. He and the staff were all very welcoming and helpful.

Cairo is a bustling and crowded city and so there is both a noise and pollution factor to no fault of the guest house.

The room was specious and clean as well as the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was, as it is usual for hotels, always the same but plentiful and good. It was served on the roof by a very kind and always smiling Daliah who was also taking care of the rooms. She was bringing us the breakfast all the way up to the roof holding the tray on her head. I found it very authentic and exceptional :) The staff was nice and caring. One must bear in mind that this is Cairo and everywhere one goes the surrounding is not always clean, tidy and not all buildings are in a good shape. Most of them are not finished. One must not expect European standards. This was also the case with this building. The building is new and still not finished. The reception is on the 3rd floor and the rooms on the 5th. In between and on the way to the roof there are still construction works going on but during our stay we barely noticed anything given the fact that we were most of the time outside exploring the city and by the time we got back all the workers were already gone. The roof where the breakfast was served was also not completely finished but they should have cared more about the cleanliness. The chairs and the tables were dusty and the floor should have been mopped better. The view from the roof is amazing overseeing the New Museum and Pyramids. There is another thing I'd like to point out. As everywhere in Cairo the traffic is omnipresent. Once the windows are closed the traffic noise is gone. Of course we opened the windows from time to time to get a bit of fresh air but all in all the traffic didn't bother us any further. Cairo is huge, vibrant and loud everywhere one goes. All in all it was good value for money and we had a pleasant stay.
