Everything. The travel desk with whom we interacted quite frequently was also great. Abdul and Hamza were very cooperative and helpful. Khaled Talat and Mahmood took care of actual driving. They were superb in taking care of our travel needs including a long distance travel to Alexandria. However, we probably missed an exit in the airport while coming back and Mahmood made up the lost time by driving quickly.

Wifi was a big mess in the rooms. Most of the time the signal used to go away or quite weak. Only in the lobby it worked very well. They really need to have a better wifi facility even if that means a paid one.

The pool was incredible. I'm from Australia and we have nice poolz, but I was blown away at how well maintained this pool was, how friendly the staff were and clean the rooms were. The location was perfect. The only issue was Cairo streets which are under developed and not the fault of the hotel. Strongly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to chill in an oasis in Cairo / Giza.

Under developed streets made it hard to walk anywhere. But you can easily uber which was sufficient. I think in 5 to 10 years, this hotels location will be prime. But nothing about the accommodation was bad. Hotel was very nice

The was our second visit, with the first being 2021 just after the covid restrictions were removed. The hotel is in a great location for the new museum and pyramids. The pool is really good and cleaned daily with plenty of sunbeds available and the kids play area was enough to keep our little one busy. The staff are helpful and friendly and the taxi company in the hotel can't do enough to help you out and their pretty cheap as well. All in we had a great time

The day time food menu isn't that great and there's no alternative locally to eat

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pyramids Park Resort for three nights and it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the ambience of the resort made me feel completely relaxed and pampered. A special thanks goes to Mr. Omar at reception, who was exceptionally welcoming and hospitable. His friendly demeanor and readiness to assist with any of our needs significantly enhanced our stay. The entire staff was professional and kind, always going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed and made our stay that much better. I noticed that the balcony in our suite could have been cleaner, which was a minor setback in an otherwise flawless stay.

We booked the resort as it is located near the pyramids in Giza. We arrived in May and it was relatively quiet. The reception area was nice and airy. The resort is quite spaced out . The rooms were a good size, and the bathroom was nice with a strong shower. The pool was great- it was large with lots of deck chairs. It was about. 1.9m deep at one end. The buffet restaurant was basic but nice. Good hygiene was observed. Salads were fresh. Breakfast offered a good variety. Overall staff were attentive and helpful Lady at concierge (Ms Sally) helped us retrieving a lost suitcase with Egypt Air – many thanks A big thankyou to Mr Sheriff (reception), who kindly arranged a tour guide for the pyramids at short notice. The tour guide Mr Hamza , picked us up in a air con vehicle with cold drinks and was knowledgable and entertaining. He showed us around the pyramids and the Sphinx which is definatley worth doing . He also showed us around the citadel and some of old Cairo before dropping us off at the airport. Many thanks from all of us ! PROS : Large area, Nice pool Welcoming staff. The rooms were spacious and the staff was great. We had the hotel provide a tour to the pyramids and our tour guide Hamza was fantastic. Brilliant day had with Hamza and can highly recommend home for anyone looking to book a tour with the hotel.

The property itself was good and what we expected. Not a massive problem but there was Renovation works ongoing and a lot of noise from the cairo traffic which can’t be helped.

We booked very last minute because the hotel we originally had planned to stay in was far below our expectations. Thus we used the booking app to find a new place. The Pyramids Park Resort was definitely an upgrade. The rooms are spacious and the staff were incredibly helpful. When we had the need for an wheelchair because one member or our group had difficulties to walk, the hotel not only provided the wheelchair but we could use it as well during our trip to the city. The only thing I’d change the next time is to book a room with breakfast already included.

The staff here were just incredible! I was traveling with a large group and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The rooms were comfortable and the pool was beautiful. We tried the sushi restaurant and the Italian one and both were great! Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel!

It would be nice to have rooms that were strictly non smoking because sometimes the smell lingered from previous guests.

Everything about this hotel was First Class and amazing. The garden area and hotel premises were very nice and clean. Reception staff and house cleaning staff were very kind, hospitable, and friendly. We had an issue in our room, and the reception staff changed our room immediately with an upgraded room. We can not forget that they gave us upgraded room on a small complaint. Staff gave us very much respect and tried to help us throughout our stay. I thank all the staff from my heart. The newly refurbished en suite air conditioned room with a balcony was maintained to a high standard. The staff welcomed us with a cheerful happy birthday greeting on arrival at 4 30 am. The service offered by all staff from reception to the pool to the restaurant was courteous and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. The pool was very large with sufficient sun beds umbrellas and towels. The pool attendants were considerate and helpful. The buffet style evening meal was diverse and delicious again with exemplary service. The concierge were able to sort taxis and the hotel bank was invaluable.The location is ideal for the pyramids and the new museum. A short taxi ride takes you to the metro which is an efficient way to access Cairo city We will return.
