the location is good . the room is small but clear . the housekeeper fatma in floor 9 was really nice. I was very ill and she took care of me like a sister . thanks for her . she make me feel like home .

-I already stayed at this hotel and for me the loacation is super convenient. City stars Mall is 5 minutes walk away and behind the hotel lots of restaurants and coffee shops. -The breakfast quality & Variety has improved significantly....During my previous stays breakfast was very poor. -Except one receptionist, the staff are nice and helpful!

This time, I did not like 2 things: - Chekin took a very long time though we were (2 Adults) the only guests standing at the reception. The receptionist did not smile during the whole process and had obvious lack of communication skills. - The music coming for one of the wedding halls was too loud...it has disturbed my sleep.

He went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met and provided us with valuable information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. His attentiveness and willingness to assist with any query or concern were truly commendable, making our stay all the more enjoyable. We must also extend our heartfelt thanks to Reda, the diligent and efficient housekeeper responsible for taking care of our room. Coming back to a clean, tidy, and beautifully arranged room after a day of exploring the city was a delightful experience. Reda's attention to detail and dedication to his work truly stood out, and we felt pampered throughout our stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the scrumptious breakfast spread at Tolip Golden Plaza. The variety of dishes catered to all tastes, and the quality of the food was top-notch. The friendly staff at the restaurant made sure we felt comfortable and catered to any special requests we had, making our mornings an absolute delight. Tolip Golden Plaza itself is a haven for families. The facilities and amenities are perfect for both adults and children. The hotel's design exudes a welcoming ambiance, and the well-maintained play areas and pools kept our children entertained and happy. Moreover, the hotel's central location allowed us easy access to nearby attractions and shopping centers, making our vacation even more enjoyable. In conclusion, our stay at Tolip Golden Plaza was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the exemplary service provided by Omar, the front desk manager.

Clean, good furniture, great location ,Tivoli plaza is on the outer side of the hotel, it’s a food nation with lots of restaurants and also very near to city stars mall, breakfast is good with lots of varieties however it’s better to teach early, the staff are cheerful compared to the previous staff, And very helpful, helped me in early checkin and late check out as well.

Only that the Uber finds difficulty to reach as the GPS takes them to a different place, but the reception offered to help by speaking to Uber driver and also There is taxi station on the outer gate of the hotel

This hotel is amazing 😍, clean, beautiful, friendly staff, delicious meals, amazing pool views, everything was just perfect

When u first arrive, they tell u they will bring ur luggages to your room and was told it will take just 2mns. I waited 15mns and no one came to drop off my bags. I called reception and was told someone was coming. Another 10mns later ( making it 25mns😡) no one came so I went down the lobby and my bags were still in the same spot I had left them unattended! I picked up my bags, went to my room and no one called me or even noticed my bags were gone😤

The proximity to most places in Cairo

The map location of the hotel needs to be readjusted & updated to read the exact place for Uber/InDrive/Didi taxi service. I have also stayed at same facility a couple of times now anytime I am in Cairo & have complained about the facility not having weighing scale for guests luggage during check-out. It is very important for the Hotel to see the possibility of providing such an important equipment so that guests may know the weight of their checked-in luggage before departung for the airport. Also, the Hotel needs to provide more varieties for the breakfast buffet. I feel the menu has been same for quite a long time. Overall, my stay was comfortable.

I couldn't be happier with the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Special thanks to Islam at the front desk for making my check-in process a breeze! His professionalism, efficiency, and warm hospitality were truly remarkable. Additionally, a big shoutout goes to Chab who consistently demonstrated genuine care for my safety during my entire stay. He was always there whenever I needed assistance or had any concerns. The dedication of both Islam and Chab made me feel valued as a guest, creating an unforgettable experience that will keep me coming back in the future.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Very close to the airport and within walking distance of the mall and various restaurants. Security is good and checking everyone's bags on the way in each time. Very friendly and qualified personnel. Room service is excellent and fast. Room makeup is excellent and picky to details.

The pillows in the room are all the same size, big and hard. The pool was clean enough, but some debris was floating in it. Taxi service is expensive. We did pay 400 EGP to go to the Festival Mall, ordering through the hotel taxi service and half the price on the way back by taxi service at the mall. The taxi driver from the hotel dropped us off in the parking lot, so we had to walk all the way from the back edge of the parking zone.

Though it’s not the hotel’s problem but still it was very annoying to see aggressive begging kids close to the hotel. When you walk to the mall or the restaurant, these beggars gang up harassing you I was so afraid that they will push me onto the ongoing traffic because I didn’t give them any $ The hotel must address this problem of beggars so close to its premises

Staff was friendly and helpful

some of the health restrictions were not properly enforced (e.g. Manny of the hotel guests didn’t have face masks, the breakfast open buffet could represent a proper hot spot for transmission of COVID 19, some of the staff had their face masks under their nose??!!!!!).
