Excellent facilities, friendly staff,and spacious rooms. We used the resturant twice for breakfast and dinner. For breakfast, they offer range of cuisine; Egyptian, French and etc ( yummy fresh pastries and variety of cheese and cereal)  For dinner, we have tried the fish platter, mix grill platter, starter (hot and cold) and pasta we all liked our dishes. They have 2 pools (kids and adults ) and both are super clean

Staying at the Palma hotel was an absolute delight! The staff exuded warmth and hospitality, making us feel incredibly welcome throughout our entire stay. Not only were they cheerful, but they were also incredibly helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. And let's talk about breakfast – it was a culinary masterpiece! The location of the hotel is in the middle of the town and just 10 min to reach any place you want to visit. Very clean and comfort... The suites are really big and cozy beds The pools are good but wasn't heated The beach is in front of the hotel but the water wasn't clear.... The staff are friendly and helpful.... The reception, house keeping and restaurant staff all are amazing Special thanks for the bakery chief, the bakeries are outstanding and delicious.... The WIFI covers all the hotel area and the rooms with a good signal. For sure the hotel is recommended and will visit it again

Excellent hotel. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide variety of hot and cold options. The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. For example, they upgraded our room from garden view to sea and pool view for free. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The staff were very helpful and upfront about the scheduled electricity cutoffs. However, the frequent power outages were inconvenient. Having a backup generator would significantly improve the guest experience.

The Hotel is brand new and very well maintained. The main pool is heated which was great for the kids to enjoy. Food quality and variety is really good as well as value for money staff are really polite and welcoming. We had a two bedroom suite which was really spacious. Value for money is really good.

Bed pillows are not really comfortable and bedroom curtains don’t block sunlight in the morning.

Unannounced Daily electricity cut offs for 2 hours. Restaurant at first floor not suitable for elderly or people with disabilities. Loud music. Programs for kids played at inappropriate times. Burning sun (we wished for a partially covered swimming pool for kids protecting them from harmful UV rays)

- The hotel surprised me by providing a spacious apartment with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a small kitchen, and a comfortable hall with a smart TV. The cleanliness of the apartment was top-notch, making my stay extremely pleasant. - The pool area was a highlight of my stay. It was clean, organized, and well-maintained. - The daily breakfast spread was not only good but also delicious. It offered a variety of options that catered to different tastes. - The presence of a musical band every evening in the pool area added a delightful touch to the overall ambiance.

- An unfortunate drawback was the recurring electricity problem. Every day from 10 to 11 pm, the electricity would go down. - Despite requesting a business invoice during my reservation on Booking.com with the VAT number, I was disappointed to find that the reception team refused to provide one upon check-out.

Everything , starting from the warm wellcome to the friendly staff and Managers who were keen on solving any problems and keeping our stay as much satisfying as possible . Also location of Hotel is very good and very well chosen . I really recommend this hotel for all my friends

WIfI , i faced a great problem with WIFI to the extent that TV. used to disconnect every 2 minutes .

It was an amazing stay it really exceeded my expectations as this was my first time there, the staff is super professionals especially the reception disk so friendly people and a special thanks to Nada, Esraa and all the staff, the food was amazing and the pool too, sure if I'm there again in Port Said that would be my choice to stay there again and again and again.

breakfast good and location near to all restaurants. the stuff are very helpful and welcoming specially in restaurants very polite and also on the swimming pool . only house keeping they are polite but they dont have enough material to serve rooms, but honestly the room were clean and better than many places

you have to ask what you need from housekeeping( i was confused how to get red of the water after taking shower . the water fill the bathroom and when i asked somthing to help me , they told me not available but can call us after taking shower
