Savoy Sharm El Sheikh

the hotel is one of the best hotel and resort at sharm. it has all the facilities you need like swimming pools and private beach. restaurant was super and staff was very kind. massage service also excellen.

i didn't like the people coming everywhere to talk about additional services like massage or trip. they are really annoying

The resort location is fantastic, the room was beautiful, the cleanliness was excellent, and the food quality was very good. The buildings, swimming pools, and all facilities elevate the experience to a 5-star level.

The distance between the room and the beach was tiring and long, with a slope that you had to climb on the way back without any available regular transportation to and from the beach. There was no shade on the beach as the available umbrellas were too high and did not provide shade most of the day. If they were lowered, it would provide a nicer shade. The smell of insecticide was noticeable in most areas of the resort, between the gardens and the buildings. It is disappointing that a 5-star hotel does not provide bottled water in the room and instead asks you to purchase it, which is unacceptable.

menu prices are a bit on the expensive side..lack of night entertainment but u can enjoy soho at night..one of the worst hotel staff i ve ever seen

Great property and facilities.

Staff wasn’t fully accurate when we had requests, having to repeat things a few times. Upon arrival, the hotel had our reservation through Booking, but not into their system, leading to long waits before getting our room.

The Savoy resort is among the best hotels in Sharm. The rooms were modern enough. TV has HD quality channels and cable. Meals at Tirana resturant was very good and affordable. The beach was clean and engoyable with bars and ice cream shop within meters of walk. The staff were very nice and helpful. The resort is within walking distance to SOHO square. The location of the resort is in the middle of Sharm area where all attractions (i.e., museum, dolphina, Naama bay, Hadaba) are reachable by affordable resort taxi in 10-15 minutes.

Some nights the cleaning service is below my expectation. No water park or slides.

As a regular visitor of the hotel I knew where I wanted my room to be located and made the request before arrival. Initially we did have some issues as it seemed the request hadn’t been received, however once management picked this up, they were fantastic! Super helpful and friendly! Also, Ahmed our housekeeper on our level was fantastic too - such a kind and friendly man - especially with our 3 children.

I did mention to the management more staff and customer interaction i.e. positive greetings with a smile when the see a guest. Also, the rooms are starting to look a little dated however for the value for money, you can’t really complain.

Very good hotel and very good value for money.

Late at night I have left my AirPods Pro in the lobby. Next day in the morning I was searching for it, but could not find. Reception did not have it in lost & found. It will probably remain unknown forever if it was some guest or someone from staff who took them…

Nice big, clean, comfortable room; I had pool view, which was nice and not noisy. Nice big balcony where I could hang the clothes I washed - they dried in a few hours or overnight. The beach was also nice - good reef to snorkel in. If you are looking to just stay in the resort the whole time, then this is really nice, and they also have a nice pool.

It's a self-contained resort so only options (without taking a taxi elsewhere) to eat were at hotel or in Soho Square. The only option I thought was good value was Cafe Chino in Soho Square - others were very overpriced and the Fusion Seafood restaurant had very old fish (the eyes were really sunken and you can smell even in the fridge). If I come back to Sharm El Sheikh I will stay elsewhere because of this where there are more options for local restaurants.
