A steam iron and an iron table was available in the wardrobe.

Few shadowed places at the sea and also at the pool. Weak air conditioning in the main restaurant. Beverages at the beach and pool bars as per written in the paper delivered by the reception are available till sunset which is 7:30 p.m. while they actually close at 5 p.m. And also the diving center closes at 5 p.m. given the fact that the whether was so hot and some people may prefer to use such facilities after 5 p.m. The kids area is small and the open part is not properly shadowed in such hot weather.

The resort is amazing, great restaurants and bars, great pools and activities , amazing beach with snorkeling options , comfortable rooms with amazing sea view. highly recommend!

The staff in the lobby desk was not very welcoming and not very helpful. specifically Ahmed and the Russian girl (I think Tanya was her name) were not very welcoming and helpful. one guy (I think Samir is his name )was very helpful and got us our room in a minute after Ahmed failed to do that.

Probably the twentieth time in Sharm and the last 4 times we stayed at Grand Rotana. This time we spent almost the entire month of February here and enjoyed every second. The staff has not changed in recent years, the service is at the highest level. Customer relations manager Inna Shefer helped me a lot with my small problem. The food is very fresh and quite varied. The garden is incredible, the gardeners have been on their feet since six in the morning, picking out weeds with their hands, watering and mowing the lawns. We enjoyed visiting the sports club in the mornings and went to the sauna several times. We want to come again!

Everything was perfect ! Starting from the check in , I was warmly welcomed in the reception and got the key to the room faster than in 15 minutes . The room was spacious , clean , with nice smell and breath taking view . Whenever I walked around all the staff greeted me and smiled ! I loved the organization of the hotel . Whenever I wanted to relax and just listen to the sound of waves I stayed on the beautiful relaxing area, full of palms and so so green ! At the same time I loved coming to the pool and enjoy the active and fun atmosphere around . The entertainment in grand rotana deserves 10/10 ! Also in the night you could never be bored with different shows and live music in sky bar . P.S you must come to a night club with the guys from animation at least once ! No matter how old you are they will always make sure you are having fun and get back safely to the hotel . Overall I would say one week is not enough and I can’t wait to come to Rotana again .

Beautiful territory and amazing service

In the beginning i'd like to thank all the friendly descent clean and polite staff starting from the security to the life guards on the pool and the beach. Special thanks to Mr Mohamed Hegazy who was a great helpful to made our vacation easy and full of fun. Special thanks to Angie the head of the animation team she is a hardworking and brings good vibes to the surroundings. Special thanks to both Mr Ahmed the polite welcoming staff from Mezaaluna restaurant also total appreciation to hesham from the pool lifeguard team , also the brand new toilets every corner in the resort also the smell of their cleanliness was remarkable.

One of my favourite pools was rotana sharm pool but it need to be well maintaned like the rest of the resort. Also i used to like the room service food but this stay i ordered room service many times and they were not acceptable quality for me. Also minority from the staff have a wrong attitude towards egyptians they treats less welcoming like any othe foreign client.

The staff are amazing, working much hard and professional as owners to keep us satisfied 👏 They are friendly and very supportive as reception, restaurants,room service, pools 🏖️🏝️and beach life guards. A dreamy and fantastic beach with magnificent 🐟🐠snorkelling and diving 🤿 spots. Kids club and play area with a pool attached I would book this hotel this hotel again without hesitation, I would give it 10/10 and recommend for others

Nothing and place was perfect 👍

Amazing place to find both , relaxation and fun . Well groomed territory with nice views and amazing coral reef with multiple jetties. You can’t find even a small spot not clean , the house keeping and the gardeners work very hard. The ramses restaurant staff as well very professional and welcoming . Anywhere you go you feel like home . The staff is nice and extremely helpful . And of course its impossible to not mention the entertainment here . We’ve never seen such a busy and entertaining program before in Sharm el Sheikh . Sport and fitness activities, water aerobics , games for adults and kids and hawaii pool party was so fun! Big thanks to everyone who made this vacation so special.

Mezzaluna Restaurant food quality was just OK. Overall, the food could use a little more seasoning and pizzaz.
