Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, great sized smart TVs, neat pool area with waterslide, amazing hot breakfast, beautiful entryway and very friendly staff.

The overhead water feature did not work, pressed the button to activate many times. The hot tub was only filled half way and the jets were spraying water out above the water which made it a less pleasant experience. The drains in the room (both sink and tub) were clogged and very very slow to drain

Newly renovated and the rooms were well laid out. The unique lighting panels in the rooms were perfect! The pocket door in the entrance area of our pet friendly room was an added bonus as it kept our dog from running out the main door into the hallway. Excellent breakfast with friendly staff throughout the hotel. We have stayed here several times during the last few years and will continue to make this our stopover! Thanks again!

It was a very clean comfortable room.

The breakfast room was very small and hard to move around with so many people in it. I realize its only a breakfast room but most people check out around the same time so a bit bigger room would be nicer. Also the rooms themselves could use a mat right by the door leading to the outside. We came in when a rain storm was going on and the floor by the door got soaked.

The entire decor was fantastic. Very clean and impressive like brand new. There were many people checking in when we arrived and the gentleman at the front desk was efficient yet pleasant helpful and very friendly.

Perhaps there could be more staff at check in when large crowds are checking in but to be honest we did not mind the shirt delay given the fantastic attitude and helpful nature of the gentleman at check in. He deserves much praise for his professionalism

We choose the Edmundston Best West because we had stayed there one week ago on our way to Nova Scotia from Ontario. It is the half way mark, very easy to get to off of the Trans-Canada Highway, close to gas stations, places to see and eat. The room was very clean, quiet and the bed comfortable. It offered a very good breakfast menu with lots of food variety.

Beautiful hotel and very attractive foyer and hallways. The rooms were attractive and clean and spacious. There was a pocket door that acted as an extra sound proof. Close to amenities. Pool with slide. Great breakfast provided everyone I. Our family enjoyed it. Friendly staff.

The pool was very cold. Would have preferred a heated pool.

Pet friendly

The water slide that features in all the ads for this hotel doesn't exist anymore. My kids were very disappointed. The pool alone is very tiny. We were going to stay here again on the way home but may choose elsewhere as we feel duped by false advertising. Other hotels nearby have similar facilities and prices, but with much larger pools.

Convenient check-in and check-out, included breakfast, great for a one-night stay. Smart TV with Chromecast in the bedroom is frankly pretty rare, nice touch.

Decor is a little dated, but it was likely modern for its time. The bedding was odd, it didn't feel installed properly.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

I booked for 3 people and got an alert from Booking about an upgrade and took advantage but it changed my room to one bed for 3 people and a cot was provided by the hotel at no extra cost. It was not worth the upgrade and charge but I basically upgraded to pay for a cot.
