The hotel is very clean. We had requested a room close to an elevator or the front door I called on my way down for an early check-in. I said that would not be possible nor did they have a room right by the elevator and then she says oh, I found one, but upon arrival the hotel room they wanted to put us in Was way down the hall search for several attempts they found us a room close to the door. The staff was very helpful.

The hotel is quiet in its way in the back of a cul-de-sac. However, with that being said, the hotel is pretty quiet there were people out in the pool past 11 o’clock in our room was by the pool other than that it was a delightful stay.

The staff were welcoming. I was able to check in 30 minutes before. Surprisingly they were just finishing cleaning up the room so that was even better ( linen was definitely fresh bc they smelled a little like bleach lol). The ac was on upon arrival (memorial weekend so you know it was warm out). It was peaceful; you don’t hear people up and down the hallways; no ordinary noises that you’ll hear when you’re staying at a hotel not even the person from upstairs so that was a definitely plus. Enjoyed my stay, the bed was comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious.

I thought I was booking at the Hampton up near Red Rock area as that is where our activities were being held. We ended up on opposite sides of Summerlin. This was not the fault of the property but of booking.com. The girl who checked us in had a bit of attitude. she was helpful overall. Started our stay out with a bit of negativity. I like all the places nearby. I liked that the hotel was away from the strip.

both beds in the room made squeaky sounds and were very noisy. most likely both frames of both beds need to be replaced or fixed. did not appreciate the bed noises. I asked for a room at the highest floor, an email confirmation was sent that my request was honored, however, I was given a room on the 2nd floor between two other rooms, one of which, had a dog in it. was not happy with this setup.

I don’t know if it’s a Hampton inn thing but once again the building was noisy . On the second floor I could hear neighbors on the third floor above me making it difficult to sleep .

I like how the room was very well kept clean to include surrounding areas. Love the late checkout, and breakfast was decent. Also hotel is in the medical district if need to be close to medical facilities. Free parking. Love this location and will continue to stay at this location in the future!!

The rooms in this hotel are huge. The dining room was comfortable for a group of people to share breakfast together. The breakfast was a good value.

This really seems like a place for business people or those needing access to the medical center. Not a real "hang out" kind of hotel. Which was fine for us!

The room is big and light with a nice couch and a good bed. It is situated in the medical district, which means it is quiet. There is a shopping mall close by.

The hotel is not close to the Strip, so you have to take the car. In busy traffic, it can take up to 45 minutes to get there.

The facility is new, so everything is nice, works great , etc!

The mattress needed to be turned. But, the pillows were comfy. The room was great.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean. The breakfast area was clean & the food was fresh.

There was a slight order on the 3rd floor, when you got off the elevator, knd of like sour laundry but you couldn't tell where it was coming from. Noticeable the first day, not so much the second day. Definitely not a deal breaker, I would stay there again.
