LOVEEEE the location, so convenient to just walk right outside the door and be right next to one of the Fremont stages, there’s also a McDonald’s right outside the main door for a quick bite. I loved the lobby, not a bad smoke smell from the casino like some people complained about. Room and bathroom were clean! Magnolias restaurant in the hotel was so good we had both breakfast and supper there throughout our trip! Also convenient to have a express subway/pizza place in the hotel that’s open 24/7. Would stay here again for sure !! We stayed in the south tower and there was absolutely zero noice, I could see how it could be loud on the north side but can’t speak for it. Could use debit for the deposit which was also a plus for us. Would definitely recommend!

the absolute only thing I would change is I wish you could pick between smoking/non smoking online when booking, I requested non smoking at check in but there wasn’t any available. It wasn’t horrible but still a stagnant smoke smell with no way to open a window or anything, but not the end of the world ! The staff were really nice so I’m sure if there was something they could have done, they would have.

The hotel is in a perfect location on Freemont Street and with no resort fee, staying here was a no brainer. We haven't stayed here before, always staying at The Freemont, but with the resort fee they now charge we wouldn't stay there again. The room was very clean and spacious. There is no housekeeping everyday but that was fine with us. I believe it is available after 2 or 3 days but we refused it. We stayed 3 times during our 3 week holiday, on one of the stay the room was noisy from the bands, but they were happy to change the room .

We have been to Las Vegas 8 times now and have loved it. This time is was SO expensive, not just at the Queens, but everywhere! Everything has increased so much in price that it spoiled our trip. I appreciate they are trying to recover the revenue they had lost through Covid, but I think they are pricing themselves out of the market. We spoke to several people during our stay who said they wouldn't be returning because of the price hike! The casino value now is very poor. The slot prices are too pricey to play for fun, and the payout is abysmal. EVERYTHING TOO EXPENSIVE!

Location, food, staff and slot payoffs were all great!! Video poker at the bar was great bartender kept the drinks full.

Requested rooms not facing Fremont and one room was directly next to the stage between queens and the D. So loud couldn’t sleep until after 2. Needed cheaper tables. we usually play more table games because their prices are reasonable, but instead went to Nugget every table was open and had multiple $5 tables. Lots of empty tables at the 4 Queens and no $5 tables even on Monday.

Good location for restaurants, shops + free entertainment. All staff were helpful and pleasant and professional. Lifts were fast and always available. Room was large, beds very comfortable, bathroom clean + everything worked. You have to request coffee pods from reception, would take a travel kettle for tea.. No resort tax which makes the hotel good value and because we booked in advance, the Friday night cost was reasonable- some hotels double room rate friday + sat.

Fortunately requested a quiet room in advance but which is only allocated on check in. First receptionist allocated 1 in south Tower on ground floor but wasn't ready. On return a different receptionist agreed ground floor not as quiet as higher up + found one on 9th. w hich was indeed quiet.

Breakfast was good, had a discount coupon, helped with cost.

Hotel is fairly clean, but rooms are due for a renovation.

The location at the Fremont experience was exceptional and the Four Queens hotel is right at the middle of it. We had a blast

Everything was great except we had to have the hotel fix the AC in our room because it was not working when we got there and was very hot. It took a while to get it cool (4 hours). We were a little disappointed that we were not off for today about the room at that time but would it cooled off finally it was nice.

front desk tried to help me. gave me free late checkout when i asked for a late checkout.

- Had a problem checking in. i requested a late checkin at 3am.they never responded. Then i got there, after a 6hr drive, hotel told me booking.com.cancelled my reservation. so we have to wait outside for 2hrs to talk to customer service thru email, then booking.com.had me call them instead for "security purposes". i have to call booking.com customer service in london and was charged for the international call because they wont call me! very very disappointed! - reservation at four queens made a mistake on my reservation and i have to be the one to fix it still. - towels in the room have pubic hair on it! - i just picked no preference on the room if its smoking or not.they gave me a smoking room! stinks of cigerette smell!

Everything was great. Bartender harassed me for not having enough money in the bartop machine when I had already spent almost $30 waiting for him to get there.

Just the bartender ordeal

No resort fee. Very convenient location as it is right outside Fremont Street with all it has to offer. Never had to wait long for elevators. Rooms were spacious, clean towels and bathroom.

There was an initial hiccup where I was sent to a room that had not yet been cleaned after the previous guests had checked out, but this was sorted promptly. Noisy at night, but you would expect it when you are right outside the bustling Fremont Street experience. Also, this is probably inevitable with all Las Vegas accommodations, but there was a strong smoke smell in the room despite being a non-smoking room.

i love the location to the vegas fremont experience and within minutes to all the restaurants.. so many to pick from. i usually stay on the strip but definitely prefer the ability to excess everything i need to within minutes walk. Hotels are of course older but i did enjoy the stat

that smoking is still allowed inside casino and not in designated areas only. Sad to see so many homeless citizens walking around casino picking up left overs from tables and finishing drinks patrons ordered. sad to see this and would hate to say i’d prefer they not be allowed in. they shouldn’t be ignored but rather helped
